“Honestly. Not sure where to begin.
I started purchasing from Ringside about ten years ago and up until 6 months ago they were a 5 Star company. Packages packed well, quick shipping, couldn’t beat the prices etc.
As of late, I don’t know what had been going on. I’ve had to return multiple orders for damaged goods (items used to be wrapped in bubble foam, in slightly larger boxes for protection) now they’re just tossed into a small box and bound for damage. On top of this, ringside had the audacity to do this to me TWICE on a highly collectible figure. As well as orders being “in stock” not being shipped for weeks after paying extra for the “fastest” shipping available.
It’s a shame this company was once a great, personable - now ruining its own reputation for, what seems to be, profit margins. I am extremely disappointed with what they’ve turned into.”
“Ringside is sending me stiff stuff wrong figures and offal stuff in general and I may start shopping for figures else I got strait a's in school and as a reward I got to pick out figures and my parent would pay but I got wrong ricky starks and the ultimate table that I got only 1 out of the 4 worked right and I feel awful that used my parent money on something and the order was totally wrong and now I can only send back the ricky because I opened the tables and one of the tables legs broke off while I tried to break it with my figures. I loved ringside but now I may never shop there again - son of parent”
“Has something changed with their IT system? Despite me putting in two different addresses correctly on the site in the UK, post office returned both as indeliverable because the full address was not there.”
