Would have given 5 stars for the rapid delivery of the correct item but no delivery date and time information received so we were out when it came and hence had to wait until the next day.

Ordered and delivered without delay, coule of screws were missing. got them without any hastle. The goods were received & got fixed without any other help. It was easy to fix & very solid. I am very happy with this order, It looks very nice in my rear garden. I am very happy to order through Riverside, only it cost more than other supplier. Very pleased with the service.

Easy to order and the furniture is fantastic as well as being at a competitive price. However, communication could be improved. I struggled to find out if the furniture had arrived in stock after placing my order, and after being requested when I would like my delivery, I didn’t receive any confirmation despite my email and phone call to follow it up which weren’t responded to. I dealt with Chris at one stage, who was very helpful, but further communication needs to be improved.

I bought 2 items Online. They were large and one was particularly heavy at 90 kg. Delivery took a while, probably because the 90kg item required Special Delivery and came on a pallet. That said, it came the they said it would so cant complain. Communication was good although it wasnt clear whether both items would come together or separately, that would be my only negative comment. The acid test is would I buy from Riverside again based on this experience ? Definitely yes !

Bought the Parasol Online. Delivery wasnt as quick as I'd anticipated initially but was as advised once the order had been placed. This was a Large item, about 104 inches long but arrived in good condition so no complaints.

Excellent website, service good too although hours of operation quite restricted. Couldn’t pay by card over the phone because system was down but otherwise happy with Riverside and their product

Very happy with my purchase but not so happy with service! Received a confirming email advising delivery would be next day and I would be given a 1 hour slot by dpd around 11am. By 1pm heard nothing so phoned Riverside to be told it had only just been collected and wouldn’t be delivered until following day! I was informed the email had meant nothing and was just a standard note that was generated!! The following day was inconvenient for me so had the delivery changed to the next day. That proved to be as expected apart from a very rude delivery driver! Haven’t used the bought item yet but it seems to fit and will let you know when I use it next week if it’s not up to scratch but as it’s a Weber product not expecting any problems.

Outstanding agents for providing weber barbecue spare parts. I have a 57 cm weber one touch that needed sexing up in time for the heat wave. I bought a deluxe ash catcher that clips onto the legs of the barbecue which works with the paddle device. The catcher came next day thankyou! My only critique being that they need to get the PayPal system they have working correctly. At present it isn't.

I wished I would have known in advance the parcel could not be delivered to a shop as requested and confirmed on order as this then caused delay for me to receive other than that very good service.

Efficient and helpful service. Delivered promptly, well packaged and protected on a pallet delivery. Only minor disappointment was I couldn't purchase a new gas bottle to accompany it as unable to get it delivered due to current restrictions.

The website is easy to negotiate although I was initially confused by Sage Pay, never have heard of this before. I purchased a parasol which arrived much quicker than expected and had to be redelivered. There were no text or email messages to give advance notice of delivery. I was disappointed to discover that the parasol is not useable without the separate base which was not made clear on the website. it does say the base is sold separately but not that this is essential. Therefore I had no option but to purchase the base which almost doubled the cost. the base arrived quickly. It needed two strong people to assemble, not something I could do. The website should have a strong warning regarding this. I am happy with parasol and with the delivery but feel the website should contain more information to make an informed decision.
