The BBQ is great and superb quality but this was delivered in a full sized pallet which we couldn’t get onto our drive. We had to unpack it on the path and take in the pieces separately. Wish we’d have known this before we ordered.

Well - not entirely happy. Delivery and customer contact was very good. But the table is still in two parts as having successfully assembled the lower part of the table, it did not fit the top. I now have to loosen all the nuts so that the lower half is more flexible and I am so fed up, it will have to wait a bit. The instructions should make it clear that the bolts that fit the legs to the ring should not be tightened until the end of the assembly process.

This is the 2nd BBQ pre built I have bought from Riverside and this one also came slightly unfinished. Looking at it and it looked lopsided until I noticed 3 screws were missing from the legs. Paying £100 for the build service & I would expect it to be built properly. After contacting Riverside & sending photos of the missing screws they did send them in the post, but what did I pay for? I ended up finishing it myself.

Hi, unfortunately the delivery driver took a picture of our house but did not knock on the door. My husband was in waiting. This meant I had to pick up from a collection point the next day. Apart from this issue the BBQ is great.

Good price, and loved the quick delivery Riverside offers. I was however very disappointed by the delivery driver. Had confirmed an afternoon delivery after 2 pm with Riverside the day before and they advised the driver would call an hour before to confirm the exact time. The driver called me at 11:30 and said he was coming at noon - when I told him this was not possible he was very rude. My wife then changed her schedule to rush home for 1pm and the driver had rudely said he would be there at "1pm sharp". He then didn't show up until around 2pm and initially refused to move the bbq any further than the front door. It's really unfortunate that this delivery driver left such a negative experience with Riverside - you need to get the end to end journey for a customer better.

Delivery as promised. Although ad states it is for bbq with either stand or cart, item does not really fit the Q2200 (with stand) very well.

Delivery was early so great. Package had been opened before and some of the flavourizing bars were slightly scratched. Not a major issue, but if I buy new I expect new. I diff not mind that the package had been opened and re-sealed.

My table arrived broken in 2 pieces. It was delivered by their nominated delivery company who told me that they 'deliver to the kerb'. I perhaps should have read the small print as that would have deterred me from buying again from Riverside. I had been so pleased previously. Realistically, I can't get it from the kerb to the garden and don't really have anyone to easily ask to help. This is something to factor in... However, when I spoke to Riverside re the broken table ,which I had not accepted (do check the package before you sign) they decided that this was most disappointing, that they would come themselves with a new table and erect it on the patio. A great member of their team did this . I had to wait though additional time and It was after the 65 th party we needed it for... but was pleased to have it . I love the range at Riverside and their own team's approach and manner but delivery is a problem potentially. John Lewis delivered and unpacked the rest of my patio furniture in situ...

I can't rate Riverside accurately yet, because despite my vouchers being for a cooking course on 29/04/18 and today being 09/04/18, I'm being bombarded for requests to rate them. Perhaps wait until after the event has passed before asking for feedback?

Packaging could have been better, seemed very flimsy. Also the price of delivery was very high, nearly as much as the product. The product itself was a present and they seemed happy with it.

The plant itself is attractive and was bought for my elderly mother who has difficulty in keeping live plants healthy. The packaging was not done well - the carton arrived standing on one end but because it wasn't marked 'this way up' it was standing upside down. Fortunately, the plant wasn't permanently damaged and just needed some straightening-up. I did email the company to point this out to avoid other customers receiving potentially damaged goods but I received no response.

BBQ arrived on time, however the grate was bent and no longer circular so would not fit inside the kettle. Contacted Riverside who contacted Weber to send out a replacement grate, Was told that it should be delivered in 2-3 days (that was 5 days ago, but the weather may have had an impact on the delivery time). Will wait a little longer before contacting Riverside again (who were very prompt in replying to my email(s))

The items I purchased were good value but the returns costing via your deliverer I thought was excessive at £15.

Helpful, swift and friendly responses to enquiries via live chat on the website before purchase. First product delivered was in an unsatisfactory condition but it was simple and straightforward to arrange for another product to be delivered. This was delivered in the timeframe given and was of a good condition.

I Ordered the item for my husband 18 December for a Christmas present being told it would be delivered 20th. I was so embarrassed on Christmas day as it still had not arrived. When it did arrive my hhusband built it and is happy with his gift.

The packaging was badly damaged, the cardboard box was broken and the plastic "envelope" torn and open.This had then been repacked in a separate plastic bag. Fortunately the item works fine and was "tested" on Christmas day.

Ordered a BBQ from the website, all worked fine. To clarify a couple of questions I spoke to riverside on the phone and that was well handled. Only gotcha is the carefully placed "exceptions apply" on the 7-days-a-week next day delivery - not for BBQ's, too heavy. Also the courier used had a broken pallet handler so had to lug the 75kg box across the drive with the courier driver
