“Great item and super quick delivery. Only negative is that I assumed it would hold a little more coal than it does but no biggie!”

“Product arrived within specified time, did not receive the call from the driver 30 minutes before delivery, but was not important as here anyway. Driver and colleague unloaded and placed exactly where asked to with no fuss. On opening all ok, other than some doubts as to whether cover had been previously used and returned due to a couple of marks, but was undamaged.”

“They had the product I needed which was nice -- no one else did. That said, I had some important feedback on the product versus the advertisement that is critical to the operation of the product. They didn't respond to the feedback. All in I got what I needed and made it work. So, all good.”

“An invaluable accessory to BBQ'ing. Can now get the BBQ temperature just right, was adding too much charcoal before. Can then use the app to cook the food just right. I'll have to wait for the cookery school to reopen to finesse my technique.”

“The ordering process was very smooth and the delivery was very prompt. However there was no notification from the delivery company when they would be delivering and fortuitously my wife was in when they arrived, although that made her late for an appointment.”

“Easy to order, delivery was quick with good communications after placing the order. The box containing the BBQ was damaged when arrived. In my opinion it could have been packaged better, but overall I am happy and would buy from Riverside again.”

“Ordered a Weber Q 2000 series Patio cart online. The unit arrived promptly and I was keen to get it built and in use asap. However, part way through building I realised a part was missing. Riverside arranged replacement which arrived 2 days later. Then noticed yet another missing part - duly sent out. All good now - but it has taken a whole week to get all the parts to me.”
