Grill is good but the glow plug failed after 8 uses

I recently purchased the following, Weber Porcelain-Enamelled Cast Iron Cooking Grates For Q®300/3000 Series. I purchased new grates for my BBQ as food was sticking to the old grates, and by buying new, I was looking forward to cooking without food sticking to the grates. However, I have used them on 3 occasions since new, and food sticks to the grates every time, even when the grates are brushed with cooking oil to try and stop food sticking. Very disappointed with the new grates as they are very expensive, but food keeps sticking to them while cooking. Would not recommend purchasing weber replacement parts as quality does not seem to be as good as original parts.

As I was unable to visit the store direct I ordered this item on line, although it arrived quickly it was quite badly damaged when I opened the box, so very disappointed, if not damaged I’m sure it would have been lovely.

This would have been lovely but unfortunately it was quite badly damaged in transit. I was unable to go to Riverside because it was closed due to Covid-19

Bought a weber cover but it didn't fit. In fairness the details say "some older Spirit models" and mine wasn't one of them! so who bears the cost of return. You seem to insist that I do so I paid and returned - and you refunded but not the ~£5 postage - which doesn't exhibit good customer service. So when it comes to a choice I will choose elsewhere. The proce for the cover waw a premium price so I expect you to be able to cover the risk of it fitting or not - how am I to know?

Very poor customer service, both over the telephone and by email. Very unhelpful and unwilling to assist in chasing the order. I would not use this company again in the future.

Bbq was great, dealing with Riverside is good but sadly they use TNT to deliver their products who as usual dont deliver on the day they say, lie to you when you email them, dont seem to like talking about problems and leave you hanging on the phone hoping you hang up with boredom, refuse to discuss compensation when they mess up Sadly a company is only as good as the overall package and whilst Riverside are good, there delivery drag them down Will use an alternative in future who use different delivery co

Before I purchased the Weber Kettle I rang up and asked if it would be delivered before the weekend as was my sons birthday. I was told it would be by Friday by Sarah (I think her name was). It didn’t come until The following Monday. I took the Friday off work for the slow very and when I rang up to ask where the package was I was told by her that she didn’t know. Very poor customer service however the Weber bbq is amazing as expected.

I purchased a Weber Grill and it was delivered to the incorrect address . The persons on the call centre were uncooperative and evasive and basically informed me that it was my responsibility to take this matter up with the transport contractors until , after insistence on my side, the driver was contacted and the item finally delivered with minimal assistance from Riverside .

I was very disappointed with the delivery of this BBQ, it was left at the front of our house in front of our garage all day. My contact number was given to be called when delivery was being made as I was 5 minutes away. I got home to find the BBQ at the front of the house in the middle of the drive, we have had a lot of thefts on our estate and I am glad it wasn't this that was stolen.

I'm sure the WEBER product will be fabulous but sadly the delivery wasn't! It's Christmas, it was purchased as a gift for husband and it just turns up as is, no packaging just in the Weber box with my delivery address stuck to it. Husband answered the door, bang goes his surprise! Also purchased raffle ticket, no mention of that as no invoice/delivery note attached. Oh and I paid for Next Day and it wasn't, arrived the day after! Such as shame as haven't had any previous problems with Riverside purchasing/delivery. Very disappointed.

Placed an order for multiple rubs. One rub was out of stock so they shipped order with replacement rub (which did not have same purpose I.e ordered beef one and they shipped a chicken one). They notified me of the change once order shipped. When I queried the customer service was unapologetic and arrogant. Still waiting for them to respond why they just did not ship order with items that were in stock. Place operates with “Riverside are right, customer is wrong”. Disappointed.

The Weber smoker is fine ... so far! However, having purchased On Black Friday as a Christmas present I was extremely disappointed to learn of only a 14 day return policy with no extension in light of Black Friday and Christmas. It would be helpful if you could list this information on your website clearly as I couldn’t find this under any tab.

Great price for the barbecue. Best on the net. The fantastic customer service stopped as soon as the out sourced delivery company got involved. DPD woefully let you down, for a company that “specialises” in delivery they are s@#t. And when I rang Riverside to complain. “Sorry, nothing we can do, they’re the best of a bad bunch”. You’ll have to wait in again for a second date.

First package - stone was broken and had not included the cutter, phoned and was requested to send email with photo, they were very prompt and sent another one this time including the cutter, the packaging was much better the second time. Staff were helpful
