Purchase of bbq on internet was quick ‘& efficient however delivery was promised for anytime on Tuesday, my partner lost a days wages because he stayed in all day and it wasn’t delivered until the following day.

Great gym, resistance and cardio facilities. Child friendly internal pool, with great play area for younger children. Attractive internal and external swim options. Excellent, thoughtful and compassionate swim and tennis coaching. One of the few places where we can reliably get a mixture of sports lessons (tennis and swimming) across a wide range of abilities and age groups on Sunday morning. Run down family changing facilities and lounge areas. Much better now that the children's computer game-terminals have been taken away - we come to the the gym to get the children away from screens. Membership is expensive for what it is. It sometimes feels as though Riverside knows that it provides a unique set of services (for inner London) and therefore maximizes the price point. I was recently been fined for use of the car park (which is included in the membership). I received an escalating and increasingly aggressive series of letters about a potential fine, before Virgin stepped in and addressed the issue. Initially, the team at reception explained they could not do anything about it. Only when I said I would cancel my membership did we see action from the team.

Delivery of the webber BBQ was delayed several months due to international shipping delays.Riverside staff were essentially helpless to speed up the delivery. In the end I agreed to take another webber model that was in stock

Riverside were very helpful in getting an order placed and sent to Northern Ireland within a few days! I would literally still be waiting on the big orange store to complete the order I had with them. My only disappointment was the model shipped was not exactly the one advertised....an easy mistake to make, and given the logistics involved in coordinatinga replacement, not one worth getting bothered over. Overall I would certainly recommend their service, and will consider using them again!

Pleased with purchase but box badly damaged (see photos) - fortunately, the contents were OK. Courier was Royal Mail. Would be cautious about buying something similar online again for fear contents could be damaged

I very recently purchased a Master Touch BBQ and true to their word it was delivered the very next day and I eagerly unpacked it only to be very disappointed. I found no less than four faults appertaining to the bowl. 1. legs could not be fitted due to rough metal (running down inside the socket. 2. the handle was bent to one side meaning plastic? handle not fitting. 3. vent not fully closing. 4. the holes that the sprung plunger comes through would line up only if the flat part of the leg (where the wheels abut) to was positioned at an angle. Have Riverside any control over supplier/quality? The faulty bowl is in the process of being replaced by Weber. This BBQ is not cheap and I feel I should have expected better.

Ordered a fire pit tripod. Very pleased with it. The whole order/delivery was very good. Had the product delivered and set up in my garden within 4 days from ordering. Assembly was very easy and quick.

Great product, despatched very quickly by Riverside and will buy again - thank you. Unfortunately, DPD delivered to another address 1 mile away - (DPD have subsequently dealt with this error). Riverside staff’s response to the non delivery issue was intriguing and frustrating in equal measures - I phoned Riverside when DPD messaged to confirm delivery. As the Riverside computer confirmed successful delivery, I was clearly incorrect…despite my polite protest that there was no package…!!! (Thankfully the recipient of my package tracked me down in the end and I collected from them).
