“Good price, and speedy delivery. Unfortunately the packaging for the Weber Primium I ordered was damaged along with the BBQ handle. Which required straightening resulting in chipped paintwork.”

“They are a very friendly and efficient store. I would have given 5 stars but I bought a BBQ and a regulator. However the BBQ came with its own regulator so I made an unnecessary purchase which I think they should have advised me about. I still like the company and would definitely use them again.”

“The BBQ itself is study and exactly what you expect from a Weber. The heat control looks very good. The assembly instructions were perfect but is a two person job”

“Wonderful service of delivery, we have had Weber's for many years and they never fail on producing good cooking. The only downer is the lid is faulty but hopefully this will be sorted out efficiently.”

“Overall pleased with my experience with Riverside - delivery was prompt and they even managed to squeeze in an earlier delivery at request which was great! As the showrooms were closed, I was only able to use their website and customer service line however any queries were quickly answered by their team. We'll definitely be back!”

“Easy purchase and delivery of Weber bbq. Only one delivery person with no trolley. Good job my husband was in to help! Box says 2 person lift. Bbq required a lot of assembly which I wasn’t expecting but good when finished. New patio gas bottles very hard to source at the moment and have had to purchase the small 5kg so not ideal. Hoping for more sunshine to test it now.”

“Using the website to order our Weber BBQ was simple enough. However, I have to take a star away for the use of a pallet delivery company to deliver it - despite me contacting the haulier to warn them we live down a narrow track, they still sent a 10 ton truck, which promptly got stuck - and in 'unsticking itself' knocked a neighbours wall out of whack. So this ended up costing me an extra £40 to get our friendly farmer chap to rebuild! While I appreciate it's easier and cheaper to stick these 'barbies' on a pallet, there are other ways of delivering it; our previous BBQ's have been delivered by van, and have been just as substantial as this Weber! Certainly, when spending this amount of money, the delivery could and should have been better!”

“Our purchase was great value £200 cheaper than anywhere else, dispatched next day and all in tact. Delivery company pallet line did send email stating delivery date but not arrived as stated by them.”
