I had part arrive extremely late as I was going on vacation and couldn't wait I ended up purchasing the parts from the dealership
I ended up on vacation when the parts actually arrived then when and the package was heavily damaged
I went to return them and they didn't accept them because I was late returning them
Even though they were late sending them out
There is NO customer service at all
Once you put in to return and print off the address
You cannot go back and even see the address again as the shipper just kept telling me there is an issue with shipping
Didn't know what was going on till 8 coils ended up being returned and I was on the hook for 1,000$
Never again will I deal with them again and I will let everyone know how bad they are to deal with

“Do not buy from this company they are scammers they sell parts that you didn't order. When you put returns on them they take the part and don't give you back your money. They steal your money. I will figure away to try to get them sued for all the money they have stole. They sent me the wrong coils I sent them back and they said it can't be refunded so they have not sent the part back nor my money they just robbed me. I did the prices of the return the part they sent showed in their system. And it showed that it was for my car. The part did not fit my car nor was the same size as the part I was replacing in fact it was for a truck or bigger car. I did the rerun it showed as 1 part I still gave them both cause that is what they sent a pair. They got the package back but I didn't get my money back. Not do they contact me they just ghosted me and kept the pat and my money. This company is crooks. I advise all who deal with them to boycott this company and their affiliates. You can't call or even reach them by email. I will promote boycotting this company cause they are thieves”

Now trying to deal with returning parts that still haven’t arrived yet

“Just got some axles I ordered from rockauto. One of them is in good shape out of the box the other one the dust shield is a bent to hell. I imagine it's from ups slamming it around but this has happened many times in the passed to people youttube videos to prove it. Rockauto has not improved on this at all”

Missing parts, broken parts and various parts looked used. Reached out to rock auto they are not willing to do anything for me. “I've ordered with Rock Auto before... no real causes for concerns. However, after ordering this last part and it did not come in (was 2 days past due), I put in for a lost package. They said, "We shipped it, be patient." The next day, I ordered the same part from Amazon. Amazon delivered the part on time three days later (the same day that Rock Auto was giving for the "new" expected arrival date). I put the part on my car. Four days later, the part from Rock Auto still remains undelivered. And, there is no way to get a refund after you tell them you want your money back because the part is late. RockAuto, you had your chance and blew it.”

“Have been a loyal RA customer for 10+ years and all was good until I had an issue. Bought a fuel tank, but was sent the wrong one that was clearly the wrong size/shape. Exhausted every avenue to correct this issue, including attempting to file a return on their website, emailing them and even calling them (unsuccessfully). At the end of the day all my effort got me nowhere so I disputed the charge with my credit card. From the time I filed the dispute, I have been blocked by their site from making any more purchases. While 9/10 times their price is better than amazon, ebay etc, factor in shipping and the benefit of proper customer service when you need it matters and you will quickly learn (as I did) that you indeed get what you pay for.”

At least that way if I'm gonna be bled dry by shipping I can split it up into smaller monthly payments than the PayPal pay later option.”
