I am due to pay the balance on 23rd May for my cruise on 10th October 2020. Booking ref. 241920. I have not yet submitted my Passport or Insurance details. Due to the Corona virus I would like advice as how to continue. I have been unable to speak to Customer Services as they are only dealing with travel before 31st may.
