“The initial purchase was a hover board for a Christmas pressie, which was received with a scream (a happy one) x after a mishap with throwing the box away (complete with the charger!!) we ordered a new charger, which we received two days later. Very good service and delivery is prompt.”

“I purchased a F1 which was for my granddaughters Christmas she is over the moon with it. The service was faultless delivery excellent, information provided was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone thinking of purchasing to go for it. I also ordered a protector on Christmas Day and this was received Thursday so fantastic service.”

“My son age 13 had the R2 for Christmas , and he love it, did not take him long to get used to the motion controlling, part He been outdoors many times now and it’s very stable and copes with gradiants well, the board is quick enough, for him even tho he does not go full power on it as yet , The blue tooth speaker are fun to use, loud enough , Added bonus, he had the gold colour, the lights are cool, when we are out for a walk on New Year’s Day, many people were watching the board go, its so different, to see. It came with good instructions, with strict charging instructions, clear to follow, and seam well built, my concern that was,,,, It runs quite far time and distances, good hour or so without timing it, it had s few scraps, on the plastic with him getting familiar with it, xmas day in my kitchen,!!! as it was wet out,but very minor ones, hardly noticeable, it came with a bag, does fit in it but it’s very tight to put in I had to give him a hand to put it in bag, but eventually fits. Get easyer I suppose The charge cable / plug is proper and safe looking, with indicators on charge block and board which is good. Lights. So over all after sourcing the moon and back it was a good choice make, even those these toys are not cheap.... very happy so far..... + warranty for piece of mind.... bring on the summer... for him.”

“After ordering a swegway from a site that claimed to be UK based and receiving a product that was infact from China and very poor quality i did some proper homework and contacted Rolab, the guy I spoke to was very helpful, answered all my questions and really put my mind at rest that I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. I ordered the R2 and it is amazing, it was a Christmas present for my 8 year old son who absolutely loves it. The quality is fantastic, and it really looks the business. I also ordered a silicone protective sleeve and this arrived the next day. If I was ever looking to order another one (and I'm very tempted for myself ha) I wouldn't go anywhere else. Please don't be fooled by these other sites claiming to be UK certified, I would never want anyone to go through the stress I am having trying to get my money back via a paypal disbute a month on. I cant recommend this company enough, they have been great, and the proof is in the product, you certainly wont be disappointed!”

“Bought a hoverboard back in November for my sons birthday, so happy with the quality, my son loves it and is always floating around on it. Going to buy another one for my other son so they have one each. After having an awful experience with another hoverboard company selling me a fake and me panick buying before xmas as Rolab was out of stock, I wish I had waited. I know 100% Rolab is a genuine company and now I will only buy from them.”

“Great hover board. We ordered my son an R2 board as a surprise for Christmas. He LOVES it. It’s a great board, works well, pretty sturdy,although I might get the extra protectors for it, charges quickly and the battery lasts well. Very impressed and would def recommend to friends.”

“i would like to say what good services you get from this company not only with delivery which was very good but with after service i order two for my grand children for Christmas one was ok the other was faulty which can happen where ever you buy them but the after service was first class the support staff and the guy on the phone this morning cannot fault them anyone wanting to buy one for the kids i would highly recommend this company Pauline”

“Could not be happier with purchase of the R2 Hoverboard from Rolab. My 10 year old son loves it and when he isnt on it then my 12 year old daughter is. Well packaged and a great company to deal with - was surprisingly easy to get the hang of and after 10 minutes both children and dad were happily riding it off road on grass then on tarmac.”

“it made me happy because it came fully charged and everything worked like the lights and the speaker is amazing and mine is gold and its really easy to use it took me about 10 minutes to be able to ride my hover board .”

“Didn't receive and have still not received my R2 my lad of 8 was really looking looking forward to what he thought would be his main prezie had to go out and spend even more money gutted Just like to say that the above problem has been sorted out and i was well compensated with a free silicone nag for the R2 many thanks to Rolab will defo use again”
