Terrible customer service, very long wait for refund, in fact still waiting. Nobody to answer phone, nobody to answer emails, just avoid entirely.

As with all the other customers returned items and after 3 weeks still to refund. they do not answer emails and no phone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROMAN ORIGINALS

After waiting 20 working days 2 emails to your customer service & not one reply. Post on social media & 2 phone calls just received an email saying I will receive my refund within 3-5 workings( won’t hood my breath) shocking & will not be using this site again

I returned a jacket on the 25th April that with discount had paid £46.40 for. I have a proof of posting from the post office. So 1 whole months later have still not received my refund or any communication at all. I had been a regular customer of Roman but will certainly never shop with them again. I try to call them email them etc. All firms of communications are virtually impossible with them. Fingers crossed that I get my refund soon.

Bought two jackets online 15th April returned one 23rd April. Royal Mail tracking system confirmed it was delivered to Roman 24th April. We are told to allow 10 working days for refund. Now the 25th May and am still waiting . The only response to emails is an automated reply saying they will respond within two working days which they do not. When you try to telephone again an automated message saying they have a network outage. My advise to anyone is DO NOT purchase any Roman goods online.

Utterly appalling service. Have not received my refund after 4 weeks and ignore my emails. Telephone lines off so basically tough! How can they continue to take people's money and not provide the goods.

I wrote to them on the Facebook page they were really helpful said I would get my refund 3-5 days this was on the Monday in my bank wednesday

as with all other posts here I am waiting for refund of an item they have admitted they have received back at warehouse Can't find a phone number and my emails are now not being answered

Recently returned a dress and waited for a refund. When refund didn't arrive I emailed and got a response of we have received dress but please wait 21 days for refund. Since then I have tried email and telephone with no answers. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade if it is stealing people money. I wonder if it going into liquidation as I have known a company like this. I would give it - 5 stars if that was possible and advise people to avoid online and shopping in-store as apparently there isn't a refund available there either!!!

I have an issue with an item of clothing. Have tried ringing on numerous occasions and message says phone lines are down. No response to emails. Very unhappy with Customer service

Returned an item to the post office on 3rd May... My account has still not been credited on 24th May. Sent a message on the 17th May... They say that they aim to get back to you within 2 working days.... Heard nothing yet. Iam reluctant to purchase anything else because of this delay. Whilst appreciating there is a problem with refunds, this is unacceptable.

I have returned over £200 of items on 5.522 and have checked with the Post office and received on 7.5.22 .... I emailed last week which said a 2 day reply. I have phoned everyday and the phones are down . .......I don't know what else I can do.....they owe me money and no response from Roman. Very bad customer service indeed ....

I returned 2 items at the end of April and I am still waiting for my refund after sending two emails.I have spent quite a bit of cash over the last two months on items for my holiday from this company and I can see from other customers they are having the same problem.Get your act together Roman or you will have no customers left and process our returns.

Sent my order back at end of April well within 15 days return policy as quality of dresses was not good. To date no refund and no way to get in touch. Phone not being answered and emails ignored. First time I have ordered from this Company and it will be the last. They are obviously still taking orders but withholding refunds.

Ordered two tops one was received damaged so returned almost a month ago. Several emails sent no reply and no refund. When I look on my account it doesn't even show the order even though I have the email confirming my order. Would avoid purchasing anything from this company..

Sadly, my review is of the same nature as the others. I returned an item four weeks ago, no refund yet, no reply to emails . Absolutely disgraceful, and they have the audacity to charge for returns! They should be compensating the customer. This is the last time il be buying from this place, il use companies that refund quickly

Terrible how so many of their customers are having to wait weeks for refunds and with little or no communication from Roman. Yet their sycophantic followers are still singing their praises on facebook and spouting all kinds of gibberish about people should just be patient and be kind and not complain. Nothing but a bunch of pathetic women who think clothes are the be all and end all of life and that Roman staff are their best friends and can do no wrong. Get a grip, get down from your high horses and accept that on this occasion Roman are treating a lot of the customers very badly.

Been waiting three weeks for a refund and exchange. Phone lines down, can’t talk to anyone.. don’t reply to emails I’ve tracked my package, they received it the 6th of May 2022 I’m not buying anything else here until it’s sorted!!

I ordered items and they took money out of my account for items not in stock . These were refunded further down the line. I returned items from 3 orders on 7 May and got a refund for the one order fairly promptly the next week. There were two other orders part returned at the same time but no refund for these . All have been tracked and delivered back to them on the same day. Despite calling and emailing and contacting this company on the website l still have no correspondence or do not have the full refund owed to me which is a few hundred pounds worth . I am about to raise this with my credit card company. I won't be buying from this company again . Very poor customer service.

Similar to all the other messages here I have returned a dress over a month ago and no sign of the refund despite sending numerous e-mails. About 2 weeks ago I did get through on the phone, was fed a pack of lies, and since then can't get a phone connection. I have another (faulty) dress to return but am reluctant to in case it goes into the refund black hole as well so overall I'm over £100 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service is appalling - even the CEO Rick Christo rick@romanoriginals.co.uk hasn't replied when I emailed him directly. They clearly are in financial trouble.
