The same as all the other reviews on here, they’ve had £150 of my returns since 26th April and despite several emails, still no refund. I was told to wait 14 days, this is ridiculous. My items also took 10 days to arrive so they have essentially now had my money for 29 days and I’m going to have to pay it off on my credit card. Never again…

Waiting for refund for item returned 28/4, their phone lines are “not working” and emails go unanswered. TRADING STANDARDS, here we come. Customer service worth zero stars, annoyingly have to award 1 star 👹

Roman originals, still waiting for you to do the decent thing of refund of £250 , 2019 October, of damaged clothing , by nhs dryers and their NHS staff (Kate , piercings dependant silver )and Miele washing machines and dryers ...( German brand) not your british Indesit, hotpoint or Whirlpool....All information included photographs I took of the damaged clothing ,and the parcel of the returned clothing , Hermes now Evri, the new Hermes, collected NO , £24 is nit enough to compensate me for the £250 worth of clothing , my time ......inconveniences Awaiting the parcel purchase clothes , 1017520337 ref. No.( next day delivery ) and nothing to do with your NHS , fact.

First time customer. Delivery service excellent. Kept informed and delivered on time. Love my black jump suit. I'm probably size 15 but opted for 14 and its perfect. I'm 5ft 3ins and trouser length just right. Perfect for cruises. No problem with pulling down for loo. Clever design hiding all bulges. Thank you ,Roman

Like most of the reviews I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund. Contact form doesn't work. So never again will I shop with Roman Originals

You have confirmed receipt of my returns (27/4) but still no refund. You said up to 21 days which I find incredulous! I don’t think I have ever shopped online and waited this long. I’m A regular customer but can’t be ordering on this basis 🤷‍♀️

Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks after they received my item back. Emailed them to be told they have received my return and the will email me when it's been processed I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service will not be using them again

seems there is a pattern going on here , so i sent back 2 dresses 27th april total £170 no refunds ,i have messaged them nothing, emailed them to say ive been blocked ???? why is it taking so long for refunds, i tried phoning they have a problem so answer message says !!!!!! i will be charged interest on my credit card soon if i don't receive refund !! so angry i stressed with it all,i have been ordering several dresses for daughters wedding other companies ive used refunded within 5 days. I'm disgusted with roman never again !!!!! i will give them 5 more days otherwise im taking this further

Same as other posts. They have had my returned parcel since 28 April (tracked) despite numerous mails I have received no refund or exchanges requested. I cannot get through on the phone for the same reasons as other posts. I am owed £105. I have now given them 48hrs b4 taking matters further.

I am still waiting for a refund for items returned on 24/4/22, only ever received 1 reply from contact form saying up to 14 days. Unable to speak to anyone for over 5 days because of continued automatic message saying they have an ‘outage’ of phone line. I find this incredibly hard to accept that an online business not able to communicate with customers. I am extremely disappointed with lack of customer service

As with other customers I too am awaiting my refund from the 26th April. Standard email received, tried to ring customer service only to hear the poor excuse regarding an outage problem! I’ve never engaged with a company that treats their customers in such a disgraceful manner and certainly hope that others thinking of placing an order with Roman will be deterred from doing so after all of their very negative reviews.

I returned 2 parcels Aprill 22nd received by Roman Originals April 24th confirmed by the Post Office, I have emailed numerous times of which most bounce back, I have kept copies of all my emails sent, there is no other form of communication which unfortunately leaves me with no alternative but to take legal advice,

The same as everyone else..parcel been received at the depot, end of April, but no refund! Not taking calls??? Very vague email replies, that's if they do! Waiting on £65..won't buy again, have bought from them previously!

My items received back by you 26th april .still no refund .cs phone not available points to website .used 4 times to be told it's taking 21 days appx for refunds . Why are they going under I'd never use the onlinev romans again only in store and I'm not the only one

My items arrived quickly. I ordered two sizes and returned the ones that didn’t fit. They received the items back on 24th April and after numerous e mails and as a last resort a call to customer services, I eventually received a refund nearly three weeks later. They fobbed me off so many times via email surrounding my refund. I really won’t be ordering from this company again. The returns process is totally unacceptable - they had the returned good and your money for weeks !!

I feel conned i wish i had read the reviews .been waiting so long for my dress . I wanted a smaller size so sent my original dress i ordered back and they received on the 28th april still waiting for the smaller size its now the 13th may nothing .i wanted it for next weekend . You cant even get through on the phone . Never buy from them again

Roman Originals debited my card TWICE for one item. They have admitted they made an error, and said they would refund. Two weeks later, no refund. My emails are ignored.
