"What have you done to the Cisco paint? In the past I was happy with this product. This time after purchasing the bath and kitchen and the endurance brand I\u2019m am disgusted with the results 2 coats and the original beige wall is still showing it I also purchased the top quality brushes and rollers for application. It was like applying drywall drying too quickly, blotchy not adhering to the wall the coverage was double the amount used to paint this area previously Going to another brand in hope to correct the finish"

"I purchased this trailer earlier this spring at Rona + in Waterloo\r\nRight from the start the lighting system was an issue\r\nGot it to work enough to get me home \r\nMore issues with the lights at next use \r\nCalled Rona+ of the issues they told me to call the manufacturer \r\nWitch I did \r\nNo one one the phones so I emailed \r\nI Had to register the trailer twice with the manufacturer DK2\r\nFor what ever reason first registration didn\u2019t take\r\nI asked to take it to a qualified technician\r\nNo response DK2 just sent replacement parts\r\nEven the parts they sent were defective\r\nSo I made the decision to take it to a local trailer shop to have a look\r\nIn 1day they found defective wiring within the new tail light itself that they sent me\r\nNow they won\u2019t cover the cost of the repair I had to pay for\r\nNo customer service\r\nno one manning the phones\r\nI wouldn\u2019t recommend DK2 trailers that RONA+ sells anyone \r\nI would tell them to run \r\nI would hope RONA+ of Waterloo would get in contact of DK2 to cover this cost \r\nBad experience from these 2 companies"

When you try to call in the people on the other end to get an a price adjustment they tell you to put your order in first and then they\u2019re going to apply the discount. Riiiight. Just give me a code. There\u2019s a box when you check out for one. Then they say they\u2019re going to get somebody to contact you back and round and round the circle of deception goes. I used to like this store before Covid but things changed since they went to Rona, plus."

"price match??? don't think so....after almost a week of Rona reviewing information that I had to provide to prove that the home air condition unit that I was looking to purchase was identical and less expensive at their competitors, they said they would match their price. According to \"Rona price match\" on major appliances, they are also to beat it by 10%. The customer service rep said no, \"it's not on our list as a major appliance\" I asked to see the list, I was told to Google it, so I did. According to Wikipedia, air conditioned is listed as a \"major appliance under heating\/cooling. I was told that doesn't match their own created list, therefore they won't take the 10% off, but instead offered me a $100.00 credit towards future purchases. Not likely to ever shop at Rona ever again, too bad as it was one of my frequently shop at stores.\r\nCase #00878946"

"We bought 2 separate windows for our front door and side window from Rona online on April 3, 2024, we received them both on April 30, 2024 and found the large one had a damaged frame. On May 1, 2024, I sent in the original message to the Customer Service along with pictures of the damaged frame. After many emails I was told that they were sending out a new frame for the large window. I finally, after more emails (May 2nd, May 15th, May 20th, June 6th) called the Customer support on June 6, 2024. I spoke to a fellow who assured me that the frame was arriving in Calgary that day and would be shipped out to us in Cranbrook, BC within the next day or two. I gave it 11 days to arrive and still nothing. I again emailed on June 17th, 2024, and then get an email today June 25, 2024 saying that they will return my money after I send the damaged one back. I can't believe this, we have been waiting since April for the frame to be sent (very common size 22 x 36 x 1 ) (which matches the small door window). I feel I have had the run around or lied too from Rona's customer service department since May 1, 2024.\r\nI have been very patient so far but I feel RONA should be compensating us for all the issues this has caused us! This is the worst service I have ever received and it took a lot to finally give this review as I am getting no help from Rona's customer service department!"
