Hi, My name is Joyce H. and I shop at the Rona in Surrey on Fraser Highway. Had the best experience I could have asked for. Maurice was the employee who when beyond what was required of him. He found me a roller cart to start with, he said they sometime store they between the main aisle of items, or as I was told by the lady at the front to go to the back of the store. I had to get some shelving items and Maurice took me right to where they were, most appreciated. There was one shelving unit on the floor and I needed four shelving units, which were up high. Maurice quickly found the man that was on the fork lift and the gentlemen was there in five minutes, which was excellent. These shelving units are not light weight, so it was really nice Maurice offer to put them in my vehicle. Maurice went beyond what was required of an employee and that shows just what type of person he is. Truly a beautiful and concerned employee who cares for the customers.

I purchased a range hood and it came in a timely fashion and the unit is working amazing, Im very happy with the overall customer service. Purchasing online was quick and easy, I recommend this Range for everyone :)

I live on Southern Vancouver Island and don't use a car. Originally I bought an EGO mower plus a chainsaw for the second battery at a location over 60km from where I live. This was the only place within reach that had both items in stock. I needed them quickly to deal with a neighbour's overgrown lawn. A few things went wrong, one of them before I left the store, and the manager did an amazing job to get me what I needed, knowing I had bicycled over 60km to that location from my home to retrieve the items with a trailer and ride home. More problems surfaced after I got home, one due to a store error and one with the manufacturer, EGO. That problem was with the mower's included battery being different than the one pictured on the box and not having the status indicator, which is important to me on acreage here. The company did not offer an ideal or easy solution for me, but again, Rebecca at Nanaimo was able to make the best our of the situation. She found that no mowers at her location had the expected battery, but my dad found another mower near his home in North Vancouver with the help of staff there, so he bought it after I consulted with Rebecca. I was then able to return the original mower to Rebecca when the two problems, including the store error, were sorted out. In total there was significant hassle involved, but I was impressed with how helpful the staff were at both locations, especially the Nanaimo one and especially Rebecca who demonstrated not only commitment to the customer experience but also the systems knowledge to find solutions quickly. Due to my experience in purchasing this, my first EGO equipment, I feel confident for future purchases with RONA to expand my collection of the tools.

I went to Westend Rona for paint to complete my project. Dmitry and Niko were very knowledgeable and helpful with getting me the best paint for the job. If you are looking for knowledgeable people, go see these guys.

Went to Rona to purchase flooring and use their installation services after nothing short or poor service from Home Depot (6 weeks and still hadn’t received a quote). From the moment we stepped into the store everything went smoother than I could have imagined. Kai Malmstrom was a pleasure to deal with - he outlined how everything would flow and it was bang on. The installer showed up to measure exactly when he said he would, the full quote was delivered exactly when Kai said it would be - I paid the bill up front and received my installation date. The crew showed up, completed everything and went above and beyond. Dave and Josh are excellent and did a fantastic job. We had a minor mishap with a light fixture and without hesitation they paid for replacement on the spot. We can’t say enough good things and we will certainly use Rona again in the future - Dave and Josh thank you - Troy and Christine White Barrie, Ontario.

I will never come back to Rona midland. The seasonal sales person is very arrogant,rude and unprofessional. If I’m not mistaken his name David dee.

I was happy because I recovered my wallet I dropped over my coat this afternoon at Rona parking lot. The person who call my attention and telling me that you dropped your wallet and he returned the wallet to me and I asked him what is your name? Instead of answering me ,he gave his survey stab with his name on it and telling me to give him 10/10 score which I’m doing now,I give 10/10 to David S. Quetta. The head office should know what David did and should receive a recognition. Now a days are few people like David. He is very honest ,formal,decent and hard working. Even in a extreme cold weather,he is still working so hard. David S.Quetta,I Salute You.

Last week I was in Rona Scarborough to buy a Christmas light and I was looking for an associate to help me find the location. Unfortunately nobody comes even though I already requested the customer service for help,it didn’t happened. One gentleman approached me and introduced himself,he’s name is David S.Guerra and ask me if I need help and I answered him yes,David,I need your help. I am looking for a Christmas light. David asked me what type of Christmas light you’re looking?I give him the flyers and immediately brought me to aile # 2 were the Christmas light is located. He gave me a lot of ideas regarding the type of Christmas light and including the specification. In other words,I got everything what I needed. David,is very knowledgeable,professional,intelligent and accommodating person. In that,I am giving him a score of 10/10. David S. Guerra deserved to be promoted and Rona is fortunate to have “HIM”!

Last Friday I was in Rona Scarborough buying in electrical,asking help to assist me I’m a senior citizen,I Shaw the person name David S.Guerra ask his help in electrical. He did help me and he knows everything in electrical and suggested me to buy the better one if difference is only $ 10.00 and I did,he’s right. David is very smart and honest. For that,I’m giving him 10/10.

Last Tuesday morning in Garden Center,I was looking for somebody to help me load the soil in my car and asked customer service for assistance,but nobody came. I approached David S. Guerra for help and immediately he take’s action. He gave me the survey stub and I will give him 10/10 for being polite and sincere. Good job David S. Guerra. Rona should promote you.

Initially we didn’t plan to purchase kitchen cabinets and countertop from Rona, until we accidentally met Mr. Justin Jin, in Fleetwood Surrey Rona branch, who gave us very detailed and professional information on the kitchen improvement and related knowledge. Justin’s kitchen design is considerate, useful and beautiful! We are very happy with the design that is way better than what we can imagine.

I purchased an "Ener-G+" HEA-21288-LED hanging infrared gazebo heater from Rona after looking at reviews and specs on all other available similarly priced units available at local hardware stores. The service at my local Rona store was superb (Tsawwassen Commons) and the product itself far outshines (sic) any similar products available on the market. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend others to consider getting one if they are looking for an infrared gazebo heater.

I am looking a Whirlpool washer currently. I did a research before shopping. Hossein from Rona Toronto store is a very helpful person. He has great patient listening to me and answer all my questions. I decided shopping in Rona because of Hossein's excellent service. He did great job. Kudos!!!

Tonight I went to Rona in Kelowna to buy a box fan. I went to the back of the store and a young man named Brandon immediately asked me if he could help me find anything. I told him what I was looking for and he went to a computer and found what I wanted. He took me to the fans but the price didnt match what he'd found online. He said I would get the fan at the lower price. He then went and got a cart, took two fans off the shelf (I was choosing between two)and put them into the cart, then up to the till. He told the cashier about the price difference, took the fan back that I chose not to buy, and then left.I didnt have to do anything! I have never been treated so well in Rona before. Thank you, Brandon, for your outstanding customer service and for just being a kind, caring person! I'll be back!
