Very poor service. Waited almost 20min for associate in windows and door, no body turned up. Now waiting at customer service section and the associate is gone to get someone, my God...what a service.

In late December I purchased a LG gas range from Rona. The stove was not installed until January. I used this stove three time and then my nightmare a began and is continuing to this day. As I turned up the temperature to 350, flames began coming out of the back of the oven and did major damage to a brand new renovation. I went to visit Rona and they simply brushed me off and told me to deal with LG myself. When they finally sent out a technician my troubles greatly increased. The technician made a horrible mistake and turned on the top of the gas range . After a loud explosion my condo filled with black toxic smoke and now I have an extremely sick parrot. She stopped eating and had to be put on oxygen.. Humdreds of dollars later and blackened lungs she is now on three medications twice a day for the rest of her shortened life. Coming into five months later I have had to pay my own bills and still have received no help just empty promises from both Rona and LG Two lessons I have learned I will not purchase an expensive appliance from Rona ever again. Number 2, I will never purchase anything from LG Which according to them stands for life is good . My life has been anything but good since I dealt with both Rona and LG.

Yesterday I went 775 planet road Rona to buy some tiles I never had such experience the sales person is not helpful not even try to help me more than 25 minutes finally I went to costumer service he trying to help the management should do something about some sales person!!

We were happy that Rona came back ,but now too bad asit won't stay long the way they are running it now. We bought a small heater , when we got home and opened it up it was used and broken .The guy pretended to go into the back and look for a heater as the stock had not been put out yet [ baloney]. Anyway ,when he was gone 15 minutes we went looking for the guy and he forgot us . Had no idea what we wanted !!!!!!!!!! Then he finally comes out with this piece of trash and gives it to us. We bought it, drove all the way home to find the thing is broken and used ,drove all the way back and finally got it returned .What kind of place has it turned into ? Shame on the guy that served us and shame on RONA. Needless to say we WILL NOT BE GOING BACK . By the way ,you owe us $30 for the gas spent going back & forth.

This is the first and last time I will ever order from Rona I received an email saying my order would be delivered today and after spending almost 2 hours on the phone I was told it won’t be delivered today. The customer service with Rona is the worst I have ever experienced, and I will not hesitate to let everyone I know know how bad this company is

Rona website says price match...until you get to the counter and cashier says, but Home Depot has to order from same supplier as Rona to get price match( like two companies are going to order from same supplier)! Lol.needless to say I left item at counter!! Rona has no price match policy.!!!

Would not return an item that had a lifetime warranty when the store was Lowe’s. I had the original receipt and went to the store and was told sorry. They still sell the product and had it in stock. Never gave me a number to call. Called Rona customer service and they asked for a copy of the receipt. I sent that in and received an email back saying I had to contact the manufacturer. The product box stated to take back to the original store it was purchased at. Rona customer service is awful.

Very horrible non existent customer service. I phoned to inquiry about an item on the Rona website. The person was unable to help me on the phone and told me to place an order online. So I placed an order for the item online. I went to the store and they couldn't find my online order. They told me to call the online customer service phone number. So I called it while I was at the Rona customer service counter to discover that the call center was closed. I was told by the Rona employee that it was closed because it was the weekend. There were 3 people at customer service with no one else around and then they told me to go look for it myself in the isle. I went to the isle and I couldn't find the item. I went back and asked for help to find the item. Finally 1 of the 3 people followed me and looked around but couldn't find the item on the shelf either. I asked if it was in back stock on the higher shelves so the employee found a ladder and looked but it wasn't there. The employee then said the item was not in stock due a stock error even though they should have had 6 in stock. The employee then said that because it used to be Lowe's that the stock is inaccurate online. The employee also informed me that my online order would be automatically cancelled because this happens all the time. It was a waste of time and this experience was beyond frustrating.

Hi there excellent service at your Brampton North store on Heartlake road. Marlene,Alona and Nathan were Friendly and helpful but 100 stars goes to Tamar in the paint department.She helped me on 2 different visits to your store.Tamar goes out of her way to always help you to find the perfect product for your project. Their site is Fantastic until you try to track your delivery, either on line or over the phone, customer service is absolutely useless. I placed an order for 4 chairs specifically that I could get delivered May 3, I try to track the delivery online it doesn't work? I call nobody knows where I should expect it to have it delivered. OMG This is worst that poor organization This is NO ORGANIZATION AT ALL

I am currently trying to return an wooden outdoor table. It has been four days of me trying to get someone to send me a shipping label so that I can return said table. I am still waiting. I keep being told that my case has been escalated and someone will get back to me but no one does. I had someone, at some point, send an email asking me if the glass top was broken - its a complete wood table. I like my local Rona store but will never buy anything online again. To add, the leg is crooked, hence the warranted return.

Since Rona took over lowes they’ve destroyed the stores and products and especially their customer service!!! Customers don’t matter anymore!! Lowes knew the importance of customer loyalty!!! Rona is a arrogant selfish company that I don’t plan on doing business with again

Thank you so very much Michael Scott. hope your Boss gives you a raise after this review . i needed a part for a tap I was in stalling in my home you were amazing knew right away what I needed you had no problem understanding what I was looking for I was in and out of the store in under 5 min your a gentleman, your a great representative for the store. Now go teach those young ones how to deal with customers. I live 25 min from Rona from now on Rona will be the only store i will go to for anything I need. Thanks again Michael Scott. I live 5 min from The plumbing store on Adelaide the guy behind the counter gray hair and beard was so rude said he couldn't understand what I needed to go home take pic and come back (dick head) should not be dealing with customers if you don't enjoy your job its time to retire. And this is for cashier Lynn thank you also you were amazing any issues I have with my car I will certainly be coming in to see you.

website search function is terrible. just try to find 2x4s even. The search quary needs to be expanded to accept multiple different words that help find same product. view my pic. I look for 2x4s. It knows it is framing. but nothing shows up. lowes software works perfect. Why not Rona?

The Kitchen Department in Crowfoot Velda was so helpful on contrast to the worst service I got from Nima yesterday. I really appreciated her help. I would definitely recommended her to anybody.

We are doing some renovations in our house. We are starting with new floors and our shed was damaged by a tree so need a new one. We went to the Rona on Bryne drive in Barrie ontario. We found 3 floorings that we thought could work. The woman who works in that department would not give us panels to take home and compare. She said we would have to by a box of each and just return them after. I said no way and we walked away. We went to home depot and they gave us a panel of 4 styles each to try. We went back and spent $1954.00 for floors and 1400 and a new shed. They are delivering free of charge and offered to carry into our house as well.

stood around waiting for a department rep over 20 minutes and store wasn't busy then they didn't have the size selections they should
