Bad service. I ordered deck screws on Thursday for curbside pickup and today Saturday received refund because they do not have in stock. When I ordered they were showing in stock. Stupid thing is , they still show one box in stock and people will order it again thinking they have one box and they will accept your order.

Terrible customer service. I order online. They accept my order.They ask me to shoose delivery date. I waithet all day and they never show up. I checked my online order and than is writed Order is completed. I never received my order. They are not refund my money. I called them several times without succes. Yana Ivanova

same thing i'm seeing in some other reviews... I don't live in a city with a rona, but the only place i could find that sells the product i wanted (a shower stall door and base) but they don't stock it and i had to order it. Problem #1) they wouldn't deliver to store and let me have someone pick it up. I had to have a home address to be delivered to. Luckily i have some family nearby and that was an option for me. So I placed the order. Paid in full, up front. (not sure why a store that sells something that you are willing to pay for sight unseen won't ship to the store...) the person I was dealing with also didn't understand as they had said it could be done, until they checked with a manager and was told no, it can't be. Painful... Problem #2) so I spend my 1300$ and get absolutely ZERO confirmation, besides 1 email saying I made an order, no item desription, no costs, no confirmation, no tracking, oh and of course noreply@rona.... Problem #3) now (i have dealt with this) i start getting emails daily about the piece of lumber i looked at online, or a sink i looked at 2 weeks ago, asking me if i want to purchase said products. NO, I would have if I wanted to, thanks though. what I do want, is THE THING I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND PAID FOR!! still nothing on that yet. Problem #4) so here we are, over 2 weeks after they took my money, and i finally get an email that tells me status of order! they don't have it! luckily i kinda figured that, as i had checked out the actual manufacturers website and had learned what i was looking at had been discontinued. I had mentioned this when ordering and asked if there was anyway I could get an idea of whether or not this product (still listed as available on rona site as of today...) was actually still available, they were unable to do anything to check that. The person I was dealing with did everything they could, they were helpful and apologetic that they were unable to do anything. They were as confused as me as to why I couldn't deliver a product sold by rona to rona. They were confused as to why they couldn't find the product in their system (sku # and all, they couldn't pull it up, i had to do searches on rona site using keywords till i was able to find it and then tell what keywords to use) which is when i mentioned the manufacturers discontinuation of product. they had they're hands tied and this was not an individual employee issue. Problem 5) so here i am, its about a month of dealing with this (research, finding the right product, comparing prices etc.), and now I finally know! so my bathroom sits without a shower, and I get to start this process all over! thanks rona! I will never shop at rona again.

You ditch airmiles your prices are higher than homedepot. No reason to shop at rona anymore

I use to shop at your newton store I stop shoping there because the store never enough cashier I just what to give you my money so stop shop at that rona store so today went to your Fleetwood store 11:30 on a Saturday again 10 people in line 1 cash open i put my cart a side and left member i just what to give you my money it okay went to home depot thanks

I ordered a bbq on line and was told 3-5 days delivery after about 9 days I decided to call well geuss what they didn’t have one left the next one was august 28 7 months later did not notify me what so ever

I ordered a bathroom vanity that was delivered damaged. I called to have them replace it and, after a few weeks, I received a piece of laminate in the mail which did not match the vanity finish and wasn't the right size for replacement. I called the same day to get a replacement vanity and they said I'd have to drop it off to a Rona for a refund. There's a reason I had it delivered- I can't fit it in my car!! It's been weeks and no one has done anything about this broken vanity that is sitting in my foyer. Very disappointed with the customer service and returns department. I won't be shopping at Rona or Lowes again.

I recently purchased four major kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer from Rona in Kelowna and was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and great customer service received by the staff in the appliance department. Members of the team, Rick and Julie were extremely helpful and pleasant. Special note though goes to Alex Werk in that department who went way above and beyond to provide me with amazing, cheerful, professional and knowledgable service and is an invaluable asset to Rona. Staff like Alex Werk and the team make shopping at Rona a pleasure and I look forward to delivery of our purchases.

We bought an outdoor sectional, which was delivered without the cover that I had ordered with it, which was not a great experience. However, when we went to the store we had a wonderful experience at the Edmonds location with Delia, who got us a drop sheet for the night to protect our new purchase and actually drove to another location to ensure that we could get our cover the next day (as the Edmonds location didn't have any in stock). Big thanks to Delia!

I needed a black stain for a bannister. It was hard to get help from anyone but I finally found someone. I described the bannister in detail and this employee gave me a can of ebony stain. I asked if it would stain black and he said: “yes it says ebony doesn’t it” and walked away. Well it didn’t stain black like I wanted but a dark brown. I tested this on one spindle. I phoned wanting to return the stain and was told I couldn’t because they can’t resell it. The person I spoke to on the phone was well aware that this stain would not be black. I don’t recommend this company nearly non existent service, rude employees and lack of care for customers.

Poor customer service. Ordered an appliance from Rona. Took almost 3 months to deliver. Delivery dates changed several times. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Always having to leave messages. Would not recommend anyone to buy from Rona. Certainly I would not purchase from Rona again. Very disappointed.

Not blaming Lindsay store but tons as the big picture 3 months ago I paid in full for countertops no one had in stock. Well I am still waiting while other Rona stores have them for sale in the stores but because they already have my money they are making me wait. While other stores are selling them No way to run a business kicking paid customers to the back of the line or rather I should say no way to get repeat business because guaranteed when this is Over I will never darken a Tomas front doors again same fir everyone I have told about the customer service

Rona sold me a brand new range with defective wiring that cannot be repaired. The warrantor issued a voucher which Rona has refused to honour - BEWARE!

Extremely disappointed. Worst service ever. Order online and never received any order update. After a week trying to chase them and being on the phone for an hour I was told that they will trace the parcel which can take 21 days and I have no other option but to wait. Purolator doesn't even have the package at their depot. My contractors are not going to wait a month for them to do their "investigation". They are totally unprepared for the digital world and their call center staff are very unprofessional.

We bought our appliances from Rona and had problems from the beginning. Very poor consumer service from Dave that is out right rude. The delivery company came to our house and rushed the installation and refused to listen to our concerns on installation day. Our stackable dryer and washer cannot be used right now because they shake too much (it will damage the machines) , the installation guy Abdullah Usman initially told us that our floors were not levelled and it was not his job to do so. Over a month later, we understood that he did not remove a protection foam from underneath our washer as per manufacture instructions and this was causing the shaking. We had to rescheduled a follow up appointment 6 times because the installation guy would simply not show up. I’m health care professional and had to miss work or reschedule my shifts 6 times during this process!!The same installation guy finally came to our house and said he will not do it because “it’s not his job”. We called back Rona, Dave explained that because it’s been over a month, it’s not Rona’s responsibility and that the installation was “free” so we should lower our expectations. We didn’t know about the foam initially, until we read on proper installation guidelines by LG! Very dissatisfied with service, Rona has just recently started selling appliances and their service is very disorganized and unreliable. I would definitely go elsewhere next time to buy and I discouraged friends and family from buying there. This whole process was too unnecessarily stressful.

Took phoning six stores before able to locate advertised item in flyer. Oh, would order it for me But not get it for the sale price as none in stock. Out of area for delivery and refused to deliver to a Rona store closer to me. Said each store is independently owned and don’t share. Found identical item at Home Hardware. Ordering it in for me at the flyer price and delivering to my house. Rona, you have lost another customer. Why have a flyer of on sale items when you don’t have any in stock.

Horrible customer service. Item arrived broken, tried to get help but response was a waste of time. Cancelled yet week later they charged my credit card. I will never shop at Rona again.
