The price was great during the Black Friday sales. BUT nearly two weeks to despatch is a bit much when the website says 3 days. Several emails that were ignored and then a couple of phone calls to eventually get it dispatched. Plenty of apologies but still pretty poor service. Got them and installed them.

Items display as in stock on the website, but when order, I get an email to say it is 7-10 business days. 12 business days later I am still waiting for my item.

Under normal circumstances, we would have sent a replacement product, however, due to stock constraints - this was not an option. I can see you have received your item. The staff are polite and friendly. Poorly organised and disjointed business. Delivery is a whole other problem area. Lack of communication and accuracy when it comes to what is in stock and where it can be accessed from. Contradictions within communications.

Good price but very slow delivery. Ordered on 30th November. Invoice indicated a 2 day delivery. Advised that it was not picked-up by courier until the 6th December and now advised it is not being delivered until 13th December. I know it's Xmas - perhaps you should let people know what to expect. I was concerned what I ordered had gone astray.

I only ordered it 3 days ago , and so when I prefer it said I would receive within 2 days , then I got email later next day saying it will be about 2.5 weeks hopefully , so I can’t really comment yet until I receive

Ordered a set of racks online. Paid my money. Then got an email the following day saying that racks I ordered are not in stock. Will take 4 months to get another shipment. Have asked for refund. Waste of everyone's time. Raaaa..

I paid extra for express shipping (estimated 1 day) however the product did not arrive for 6 days. The product was only sent after I inquired as to its whereabouts on the third day.

Hi Shane , We were experiencing a higher than normal amount of ordering during this time and caused delay in the dispatch in your item. No courier company can ever guarantee a 1 day delivery time and is only provided as an estimate. The item travelling from QLD to WA would have also contributed to the longer delivery time. Item not yet received. No response from customer service to my several chat and email queries regarding the applicability of discount code "BLACK20" to the item purchased. A simple 'yes' or 'no' is not hard to say, surely? Not impressed.

I placed my order on 29/11/23. After I sent an inquiry as to when I would be advised when ready I was told there was a 6 to 8 week wait for part of that order. After making inquiries with other companies, I found the stock I want at a cheaper Price!!! Trying to phone is impossible. MB

Item received for click and collect had carton cutter blade marks on aluminium surface and a dent in the side and was then hand bubble wrapped for my collection. And as such when I received it, and opened it, I then had to take the time to return it and have it replaced.

Had expected prompt supply of items via click and collect after ordering and full payment but still waiting. No feedback provided until after I had to ring to followup. Not the experience I had anticipated. No indication on website that goods were not in stock at time of ordering.

Thanks for your feedback Kevin. We endeavour to get our click and collects moving effectively in our local van run. One of the items for your order needed to transfer from North Lakes (on our northern van run) to Gold Coast (on our southern van run). Your order was processed at 1 AM and transferred between our northern van run and our southern van run at the warehouse. I would expect your items to be ready for collection today. For those reading this review in the future and looking for live stock-listings, they are on the sidebar of each page, triggered by your postcode being entered. Sorry again for the delay due to the time of order and logistics and thanks for your message.

I placed an order Monday about midday and paid for express 1 day shipping. I received tracking notification on Tuesday and notification on Wednesday that my order had only been picked up and that my order was expected to be delivered from Brisbane to Wollongong. Although the website is easy to use, the processing of orders and despatch isn’t very good.

Good morning Peter, Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the delay. For your understanding and those reading this review in the future. 2 picks are performed in our warehouse in QLD daily. One pick is performed at 7AM for overnight orders another is done at 12PM to include transfers of the morning van run and new orders from the morning. When an item is purchased at 2:27:08 PM on the 9th it will likely be dealt with in the morning dispatch, the following day. Your item appears to be on it's way as it was dispatched from our warehouse on the 10th. I apologise that the shipping estimate provided to us by our couriers was inaccurate. Thanks again for your feedback.

Not your fault but been getting notifications every day since last Friday saying parcel will be delivered today. It's now Wednesday and still no sign, apparently it's coming today. Not great from Aramex couriers. Wish I'd have just done click and collect.
