“Had expected prompt supply of items via click and collect after ordering and full payment but still waiting. No feedback provided until after I had to ring to followup. Not the experience I had anticipated. No indication on website that goods were not in stock at time of ordering.”

Thanks for your feedback Kevin. We endeavour to get our click and collects moving effectively in our local van run. One of the items for your order needed to transfer from North Lakes (on our northern van run) to Gold Coast (on our southern van run). Your order was processed at 1 AM and transferred between our northern van run and our southern van run at the warehouse. I would expect your items to be ready for collection today. For those reading this review in the future and looking for live stock-listings, they are on the sidebar of each page, triggered by your postcode being entered. Sorry again for the delay due to the time of order and logistics and thanks for your message.
