“Good prices. Dispatch took a while and people I spoke to didnt seem to know what was going on until I got onto one clued on staff member who was able to help and expedite shipment. Well packed. Great product.”

“Service side was great - felt a little mislead with teh purchase of the Mister Hitches lockable hitch pin. Says will do up to 100mm however it is not until you have it and can read fine print on the backit states to fit 100mm you will not be able to fit the retaining pin/clip and will only have the lock - not sure howI am going to proceed just yet”

“Website said that RRG had the item I wanted in stock with a delivery time of 1-2 days. I therefore placed the order, waited 6 days, heard nothing, so I phoned customer service. Person said they didn’t’ have the item in stock (was ‘on order’) and apologised for failing to let me know. I’m now awaiting a refund.”
