Were sorry to hear you had this experience Jeef. I have looked into your order status and it seems that unfortunately due to a stock error, your order was allocated incorrectly - therefore not prompting for this to be dispatched. We apologise as this was not picked up earlier, and have raised this with our system architects to avoid this in future.

“I’m sure the product will be great once I receive it.. if I ever receive it. Choosing to partner with a poorly rated freight forwarding agent is not wise. When calling for support I get nothing but we will raise a case and call you back.. but the team at roof racks never do. I’m very disappointed”

Thanks for providing this insight Quintin, weve passed along this feedback to the freight company. We try and partner with as many suitable freight companies as possible. It is standard procedure to open a case/raise a query with the freight company to gain insight into the delivery status, ETA and etc. This procedure is mostly timely, however, varies from freight company to freight company and seasonal increase to freight.

“I needed a fitting kit for my daughter’s car, a Holden Cruze sedan, and tried all the local car accessory shops but having no luck. Found Roof Racks Galore in Hallam who, while not having the item in stock, advised me about their online store. Ordered, paid for and waiting for delivery”

“I haven’t had the product yet so bit early to be asking for a review Also I order from you because I needed for the Easter weekend and the expected delivery time was one day but it still isn’t due until next Tuesday Only given 2 stars as someone from customer services did at least reply”

“Helpful service, great prices for name brand priducts. Only disappointment was slow shipping - they offer free delivery but I chose to pay extra for express post - that was a waste of money! Took two days to dispatch, and when send they chose not to even send express post despite having paid for it. Still, I would probably use them again and just drive to wherever the actual shopfront is.”
