Unable to rate the product as the courier service you use is very unreliable. I waited at home all day yesterday after getting notification at 0558 that the pathways coming . Only to get another notification at 1745 that it was taken back to the facility to try again. I would advise using different delivery method

At this stage I can only comment on the delivery timing, so the feedback isnt positive. Ordered Thursday afternoon and its now next Wednesday and it might be delivered today. I live half an hour from the closest store and expected a few days turn around. I dont need it urgently and its not a big issue, just feels out of order waiting nearly a week for something in the same town. Something to consider thats all

Paid for express shipping. Arrived late. Whilst fitting, realised only one bar was supplied. Called support,, they shipped the missing bar. Express shipping late again. Holiday plans ruined. Guttered !!!

Good service by Roof Racks Galore, but the service is let down by the inefficient courier companies that use for Web orders. I should have not worried about the Easter 20% sale and bought locally.

Because RRG is one of the few suppliers where spares for Prorack bars, I had little choice but to purchase from them. Unfortunately, their delivery fees are really steep. I bought a set of four 6mm grub screws for $21 and had to pay $19.50 for delivery - almost 100% of the item cost. It was a very small package. It's hard to see how $19.50 is a reasonable or justifiable delivery price for such a small item. By comparison, a set of 6" car speakers from many suppliers have a delivery fee of $10 - about 10% of the item cost. If you like being gouged for delivery fees, look no further.

I haven’t had the product yet so bit early to be asking for a review Also I order from you because I needed for the Easter weekend and the expected delivery time was one day but it still isn’t due until next Tuesday Only given 2 stars as someone from customer services did at least reply

Initially I was highly impressed by the service. I wasn't expecting to have an awning and racks fitted the same day I ordered. Rhino awning and racks looks great installed. I wasn't impressed to hear the manager commenting to his staff as I was leaving the building "There goes another victim" Not what a customer wants to hear after spending over 1k on 2 pieces of equipment. A week later and I realise why I'm the victim. The awning is reasonably difficult for 1 person to put up. If there's a slight breeze, be expecting injuries while you try and manage the pole system. I now have a dog that hasn't been able to walk properly in 3 weeks due to be hit by one of the poles. Professionalism would have been appreciated. My age alone should have been enough for them tosee I would possible struggle. If I was advised at the start they can be difficult to erect alone. I would have paid extra to get a simpler system. This victim isn't happy!

How can it be cheaper to have delivered to home home instead of pick up from the store. The instructions are terrible, no words, just images which are not good enough. The Geelong store have great staff, so the above is no reflection on them.

My order had a system based error which was not picked up, as no Aus stock, no auto order was placed on Sweden and no eeror status generated so someone at RG could fix it. Error was only picked up when I queried the status of my order after 2 weeks, to be told effectively nothing had been done with my order. I left some slack as it was over Xmas/New Year. So no tracking of my order until I queried, and no apology once fixed.

pruchase off web site in November, delivery 2 weeks? finaly recieved January 22. If you can't make delivery on time because you have no stock change delivery time. or remove from Webb site. Or just lie at time of Sale

Delivered in record time, after making the phone call to roof racks online office to confirm correct rail end caps were ordered. Disappointed to find that after $114 spent on these caps, the don’t suit the rails purchased from your company last & now I’ve got to try & modify to make fit, could say very disappointed with this online order. The transaction with you was fine but your choice of courier soured the whole experience. Their website says it’s on track for delivery for Monday (yesterday) but the tracking details show it still in Queensland and it’s impossible to talk to a person there.

I ordered roof racks near beginning December. I was asked whether I’d be happy to accept them mid December. I said that was fine. Come end of December and I still didn’t have my racks, and I’m starting to get nervous with a camping trip coming up beginning Jan. Though the staff have been friendly and accommodating to help me out I’ve had to drive the process with daily phone calls to make sure things are progressing.

Took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive instead of 3 days because they forgot.to pick my order. After emailing and using the online messaging they told me there was a "glitch in the system that had to be manually fixed"

Shipping is very slow don't count on it being in your hands within 2 weeks even if it only has to move one state over.
