“Was a bit skeptical about 2 day delivery quote but amazed when roof rack arrived from other side of Australia in two days. Incredible! No communication until it arrived (maybe they just wanted me to get my wind up before surprising me) Other than that, totally happy with Rhino rack at sale price $150+ cheaper than elsewhere.”

“The team at Maidstone go beyond - I dropped in after a roof rack purchase from 5 years ago to buy perished rubber mounts. The owner walked into the workshop, grabbed the mounts, came out to my car to check if they were correct. He gave them to me for free with a smile.....that's service I will go back to anyday!”

“Not impressed so far. I live in Glen Innes in northern NSW. For some inexplicable reason your store initially decided to dispatch the order from Victoria. When I saw nothing was happening and emailed you it was decided to send it from Brisbane. Now it has gone south and is in Tamworth. I might get it 2 weeks after ordering it and 5 days after I need it. Not good enough really. You need to get your warehouse system much better organised.”
