“Staff were so friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was allowed an extra 15 minutes. The best sauna I have visited in London especially since it’s private use . Would love a membership scheme or similar as I would be keen to visit more often.”

“I would very strongly recommend a trip to the sauna. You get a private cabin, with a well stocked bar and a great view! Came here with my partner, and it was a fantastic way to spend the morning. Definitely coming back!!!!!”

“Gorgeous, so relaxing. Sauna great temperature and staff very friendly and helpful. Plunge pools could have been a little colder but apart from that perfect. Would recommend.”

“Amazing views great sauna and nice to have your own private cabin for sauna and changing. Ideally should be more cold water barrels as sometimes you had to wait to use these. Would also like there to be a hairdryer. But the complimentary water and tea and coffee a nice touch. Overall a really enjoyable experience and would recommend.”

“Nice settings. The water needs to be changed in the barrels more often as there was hair left from previous guests. The filtered barrels are also colder. Pretty expensive in comparison to other sauna places.”

“Great facilities, traveled from the United States and this was the best sauna for privacy and a good view. Spent all 60 min of the 4 bookings I had each morning prior to the London Marathon and it really helped with those final preparations in recovery. Booking was very easy as well and not far from Camden only about 2 miles if you take the canal and make a turn up to Hackney.”

“Just wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment with a friend. Overall, we had a good time, but there were a few hiccups that left us feeling a bit disappointed. Firstly, everyone was really nice when we arrived, and we appreciated being shown around. We were told to help ourselves to tea, coffee, and other refreshments, and were informed that alcohol incurs an additional charge, which is completely understandable. However, we did run into some issues. We found ourselves running a little late, mainly because we had trouble finding the sauna. As a result, when we were changing, we felt quite rushed. It was uncomfortable when someone came in to clean the area without asking us if it was okay, especially as we were in the process of getting changed. We understand the need to keep things moving smoothly, but we felt that the rush could have been avoided if the scheduling of appointments was managed better, considering that changing takes time. The most significant issue arose when we were asked to pay our bill. We were surprised because we believed we had already settled everything. It turned out that we were being charged for two tins of fruit juice from the fridge. We had assumed these were complimentary, as the initial staff member had only mentioned charges for alcoholic beverages. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding, as the initial staff member perhaps forgot or was unaware that non-alcoholic options were available in the fridge. When we raised this issue, we were made to feel uncomfortable and as if we were lying. The staff member told us that we should have consulted the price list, which, in hindsight, we should have done. However, the accusational tone used was a bit off-putting. It was especially frustrating when one of the staff members said, "I believe my colleague." Mistakes happen, and we're all human... Unfortunately, this left us with a bad taste after an otherwise nice session.”

“We are addicted to Rooftop Sauna at Netil360. Third time doing our contrast therapy there. Gorgeous view of London, perfect space to relax, with a roomy sauna and three outdoor plunges. Wish there was a membership or fidelity discount as we will be going back a lot!”
