Management and tracking of the delivery was poor. Was not given options for a delivery date. Given the value and leadtime i dont understanding why this was not the case. Used my landline number for all call even though I had supplied a mobile number. In this smart phone age this could be as lot better.

The service we received from room to grow contacts could not be faulted. Their delivery promises and estimated delivery times were meet exactly as quoted by the ladies in their office. We did have one slight problem with one of the mattresses which we had taken delivery of, however, this was rectified with great efficiency by these ladies. We are not putting the bed together until early in December but I have every confidence that it will be perfect for our grandchildren when they visit us for a sleepover.

Very quick delivery with no hiccups. Really great and strong product. Mattresses feel quite soft but for kids they seem to love them. Would definitely recommend and a really good price.

Great customer service. Received a call 2 days after ordering to ask when we could receive the bed. Bed arrived in great condition.

The customer service person I spoke to was friendly & helpful but the first delivery 'attempt' was postponed without warning (I had to phone to find out) and second was 2 hours past the 6pm deadline. They did keep quiet so they didn't wake the kids though.

Product arrived outside the 7-14 days advertised. After contacting RTG I was told that there had been a delay and someone would be in touch to arrange delivery ASAP. After hearing nothing for a week the product eventually arrived - thankfully we were in to receive it. I don't think I'll be shopping at RTG again.

I had a few issues with delivery and communication from RTG. The girl I dealt with via email (Jennah) was always really helpful and responded quickly but it seemed the different elements of the business weren't working well together. Everything got resolved in the end but it was a lengthy process.

I had to phone twice to find out when the bunk bed would be delivered-in the end it was over a month not the 10 to 15 working days quoted. There was no choice of delivery day. It would be appropriate to communicate with customers to update them on orders if there is any delay beyond the quoted time.

Had an issue with expected delivery time and it took several calls over a few days to resolve. I must stress it was resolved satisfactorily in the end but was not a brilliant experience.

Ordered online-arrived a few days later-got a call on my mobile from the driver and gave instructions to leave with the mother in law over the road while I was at work. The cabin bed was time consuming to build but it should be-because it was quality. Daughter ecstatic!

Excellent service, we had a problem with our delivery at first with the courier they use and they sorted the issue immediately and we had fast delivery. Customer and staff were very polite and professional and the children's beds are very high quality! Really pleased thank you

I don't know where to start really but we have found the service from room to grow very poor. We received no updates about our existing order which resulted in me ringing constantly to first be told they didn't have the stock then told they only had part of the bed and could not send the whole bed. When the bed eventually came (after 3 weeks of ordering it) it had no instructions!. All this was bad enough but it was myself who had to ring constantly to get updates on our order. When i expressed my unhappiness about our situation we got offered half of the delivery fee back (£17.50) which i felt was a bit of an insult after all the stress we experienced. We eventually were offered the full delivery fee back but weren't particularly happy after all the disappointment. On a positive note we are pleased with the bed when we got it.

We ordered a Stompa bed through Room to Grow the first bed came with so many dents in it that had been tried to be repaired, we were very disappointed...... I contacted Room to Grow and they were happy to send out a new bed, the new one came without any problems! So thank you Room to Grow we r very happy

Very good quality furniture looks very nice in my daughter's room, they could have made it easier to assamble it but overall I am happy with the product.
