We had stompa bed and mattress and accessories little one and it's great. She loves them and bed looks like it's built to last. Fingers crossed. Thanks will definitely order again.

There was some confusion with delivery and the bed delivery was not very flexible at all. However the furniture is lovely but the bed does seem to be a bit too big for the mattress which slides about on the bed

We are delighted to receive your comments about your Jubilee Ivory White Furniture and Angel Double Bed.  The bed frame takes a 135 x 190cm mattress, however, I can see from your order that you didn't purchase a mattress from us so it might be worth checking your mattress specification. Beautiful bed nightmare to put up best pay the bloke who delivers it ...took 9 hrs ? ! Excellent excellent quality really solid

My clock arrived with its battery cover missing. I contacted customer services who sent me a new replacement straight away.

Called up the company several times before ordering to obtain some basic details about product and delivery. Friendly staff who don't know a lot. They kept promising to call back but almost never did. Product difficult to install (I ordered a loft bed). Worst was that when I wanted to return an up-opened desk I was surprised to learn that their mandatory pick-up was more than half the cost of the desk!!! Archaic company with bad service. Don't trust them and avoid!!

Our Terms and Conditions do state that if you would like us to collect products that are not required on your behalf we will charge a fee for doing so. Quick delivery although not pre arranged. The guy turned up all of a sudden and it was pure conincidence that I was in. Bed is fantastic for what we need but has taken a while to put together. Every part comes with their own instructions and there is nothing that pulls them all together as one product.

The bed and actual service from room 2 grow was good. Unfortunately the delivery was really difficult to organise and caused confusion.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery, I ordered the wrong size mattress protector and did not realise and customer service rang me to ask if it was for the mattress I had ordered and changed the size for me, that is wonderful service. The men who came and delivered and put up the bunk beds where brill they were quick polite quiet and clean, it was worth paying the extra to have that done. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect and I would definately recommend to anybody and the girls love the bunkbeds

Thank you for reviewing our services.  To enable us to deliver our products quickly we use an express delivery service.  As our website states, notification for delivery is typically 24 hours prior to delivery once the route has been planned.  We are always looking at ways in which we can improve our services so thank you for your comments. Excellent service, beds do take up to 6 hours to put together but that is because they are so solid and well built. Very spacious, my girls absolutely love them, steps are very safe and sturdy. I am 6ft 2 and have slept in the bottom bunk. All in all, very very happy with my purchase.

Excellent bed and paying extra to have it assembled for me was worth every penny! I was disappointed, though, that I didn't receive the free Bendy Bunk Light that was offered at the time I ordered because I apparently hadn't ticked the box saying I wanted it. I had wrongly assumed this would be included automatically. After complaining, though, I was offered the light for half-price, which I considered an acceptable compromise.
