Delighted with the high bed for my Grandson. Very sturdy and well built. Also many thanks to the young man who constructed it all on his own (Ben). He was wonderful.

It looks like a good sturdy bed. It took two half days to put together, though. It would have helped to have the parts numbered and better explanations on how/ which way to assemble.

Thank you for your comments. please can you advise on the parts that were incorrect? This is very unusual for a Tam Tam bed. Perhaps one of our fitters can contact you to discuss this?

Took 2 months to come when they said it would be 10 days. Little communication only when I emailed them.

Awful. Really poor communication throughout and the lady on the phone was completely disinterested and just kept saying it was in quality control. When it did finally arrive, two parts have damage and marks on them but I waited so long that I can't be bothered getting them replaced. I won't be using this company again.

The mattress I received was fine however it took over a week to be delivered despite being noted as 1-2 days when I placed the order. I ordered it from room to grow despite the product being £20 more expensive as I needed a quick delivery - an alternative company offered a 1 week delivery. After calling I was informed that there was just an error and my order had been missed in dispatch. I was promised next day delivery but it came 2 days later. So in the end it would have been lower cost and I would have arrived sooner had I gone for the competitor. No compensation or apology received.

Bought the Stompa UNOS 28 bed with pull-out desk, hutch and cube for my daughter's small room. We built everything except the pull-out desk, which we realized was going to be too awkward for the space. The pull-out desk is in the box, unopened. I wouldn't have minded paying for shipping to return it, as it was my error to order it. But Room to Grow will not take it back because it was "purchased as part of a set". Nobody local to me has the same bed but needs the desk, so what can I do but just bin it? Such a waste.

Very well made furniture and delivered on time with friendly driver. Product appears well made and solid which you want for your children. The majority of the building was straight forward. However the design and installation/instructions for the desk under the bed in my opinion was very poor. It is for this reason I have given a review of 3 stars. If this was improved it would very likely have been 5 stars

Helpful initially. Delivery slot is not very flexible without large delays. Bit missing needed for construction so currently can not build which is frustrating.

I would not reccomend this company, I will no longer use it myself, ordered a bed with them on pre order, had to wait almost a month after it was due to actually get my bed, was continuously back and forth trying to sort it and never seemed to get anywhere. The bed finally arrived a month late and after paying over £500 (mattress incl) for it to have scratches and paint coming off it. Had already waited long enough and could not be bothered with the hassle again. So no would not recomened and will not be using again.

I was super impressed with the service I received from Room to Grow. I ordered one of their bunk beds, which turned up quickly and communication was managed very well. I was also particularly impressed with the service I received when I had a question about mattresses - they were very quick to answer the phone (very unusual these days) and were very helpful. The bunk bed is great quality and looks good. Thank you very much.
