The service was excellent, firstly the bunk bed we bought was cheapest on their website. Then we had some queries which were answered very quickly. Delivery was prompt too. We received a phonecall to arrange for a particular date and time. On the day we also got a phone call when the delivery man was 30 mins away.

Very good product and fantastic customer service. A drawer front hand minor damage to it, I emailed on a Friday evening and by Saturday morning the problem was being sorted.

Super easy and straight forward saves a lot of time/hassle. Took the two man team most of the morning to assemble and some parts were damaged but they identified all the damage to me and arranged for these to replaced (took about 2weeks)

After ordering a new bed i got a phonecall a couple days later from a delivery driver telling me the delivery would be late as he had too many that day?! I waited and waited. Then 2 hours later i had an email to say the bed had been delivered?? The signiture also looked as though the driver had tried to scribble something like my first name. The next day i called the company and asked what was going on, they told me they had a new tracking system and had problems all week. Didn't really sound like the truth, could have been miscommunication between driver etc. Just feel it could have been dealt with better, rather than me worrying where my £300 bed had disappeared to! Bed is of superb quality and my son is over the moon. Product amazing, service could have been better.

Having put together countless items from a very well-known Scandinavian furniture retailer, you can tell the quality of this bed when assembling. From the weight of the wood and the fit - all the nuts/bolts, screws, components, dowling etc fit almost perfectly which made assembly much easier than would otherwise have been. Does take some time - it is a large piece of furniture after-all and would highly recommend having an electric screwdriver (for the slats) - took the 2 of us most of the day. Looks good, is very sturdy and the kids love it.

Very good Customer Service overall as advice given over the phone prior to purchase was very good. Sales adviser was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions on various different beds, mattresses and the different options comprehensively. Slight disappointment was re: delivery which turned out to be a couple of days later than originally advised.
