Missing parts ! Scratched and damaged, terrible instructions! Very poor quality! So expensive for cheap Formica Avoid !!

I purchased a bed and mattress from RTG earlier this year. Befote sending them someone noticed that I'd accidentally purchased the wrong sized mattress and phoned me to correct this error. On arrival it turned out that one of the boxes had been labelled wrong and was the wrong colour. On contacting RTG they had another one sent out the next day and the incorrect one collected. Can't fault them for customer service and my daughter loves her bed!

I have had a few problems with the bunk beds I ordered. First the bunk beds arrived damaged then a few months later the step on the ladder broke. Both times however ?room to grow? have dealt with the matter quickly and I can?t fault them just a shame I?ve had such bad luck so far.

Delivery was prompt. We ordered bunk beds and are very pleased with them. My daughters are over the moon with them!

Love the bed! Just not white as stated, it?s more a off white creamy colour so it doesn?t match the rest of his furniture unfortunately. & didn?t leave spear screws. But the bed is perfect apart from that , so thank you

Thank you for your feedback.I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the colour, we do describe the solitaire range as a satin white and every white is different so it can be tricky. The ordering on line was straight forward but delivery a nightmare. Only deliver Monday to Friday 9-5. Can?t choose a slot. Instead you get allocated a slot the week before and can accept or decline. After weeks of trying to get a slot I could do I have up and had to take half a day off work to get delivery.

Poor delivery service (third attempt) from the supplier of the bed I ordered and various defects with the product. However on raising my complaint room to grow we're very helpful and friendly and I will be ordering from them again. I got my delivery refunded and a small refund from the cost of the bed.

The mid sleeper bed is lovely. It took a few hours to put together but there were no problems. It does need two people to put it together. My granddaughter absolutely loves it.

Room to Grow needs to be clearer on their website as to which products are in or out of stock. My daughter rang and was told items were in stock, that when I ordered the next day, turned out not to be.

Great service. Ready to be delivered much sooner than website suggested but my daughter?sbedroom wasn?t ready. A quick call to Roomtogrow and they offered me a range of later delivery dates.

I had quite a few problems! Missing items and then a damaged headboard. However the customer service that I received was faultless and all was rectified promptly and effectively. The Jubilee bunk bed is first class and a product that I would most definitely recommend at a very reasonable price.

Excellent communication from first ordering through to delivery date. The beds are just right for my two growing boys, and I can?t believe just how much storage and work space there is fitted underneath each bed! The boys are big fans of the secret cupboards in each stair!
