“Fantastic ! The staff on the telephones were very knowledgeable about the products, and helpful with pricing. The products arrived as described , and the mattress arrived as well even though the website stated it would take a longer time. Really pleased with the sturdy single bed and chest of drawers - and we have the conversion kit to change it to a midsleeper when our 3 year old is older.”

“The bed is very solidly made in an elegant style and my daughter loves it. The assembly instructions were well written in clear English with useful diagrams.”

“Very upset that the delivery team couldn?t take it up to the bedrooms and it wasn?t made clear enough that this wouldn?t happen beforehand. The delivery people were very rude. Not a nice experience.”

“I would happily recommend RTG! Helpful customer service, great product, and very very helpful delivery driver who gave me tips on assembly when told that we were building the bunk bed ourselves. On that note, the only downside to the whole experience was the difficulty in following some of the instructions to build because of lack of detail or clarity. Otherwise all good!!”

“Would not advise ordering any white beds as they are not white but Ivory. Ask for samples before ordering. Very disappointed and sent it back. Still charged half of the installation when they sent a product that is not as advertised on their web site.”

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your furniture. Choosing the right shade of white can be an overwhelming task as, you can find a huge variety of shades with different undertones from brilliant white to creamy whites and the manufacturer does describe the finish as a satin white finish. The manufacturer has sold thousands of this particular model all across Europe and has received excellent reviews. With regard to the assembly charge then you did have a right to cancel and return your order but unfortunately the bed was part assembled on this occasion before the decision to cancel was made. “We had a tight space for our daughters bedroom and bought the high sleeper with the desk and chest of drawers. Positives: 1) Great website 2) Easy order process 3) Delivered on time and the delivery company phoned ahead as per my request 4) Furniture excellent quality 5) Not the easiest to assemble as it?s heavy however good quality should be heavy so that?s par for the course All things considered, an easy process and a brilliant end result and one very happy 8 year old. “Very happy with the delivery service. My sons new bed was received within the week. I received a phone call within a few days of ordering the bed with a delivery date. The lady also explained that I would get a phone call half an hour before the delivery was due on the day, which I did. Very happy with service provided by room to grow.”

“Delivery excellent. A couple of black caps for the bed slats were missing and wardrobe had a chip of paint missing where it looked as if it had been damaged in manufacturing process.”
