“They got one star as I couldn't give them zero, after all how can you Grace what you haven't received. Don't use this company if you want to receive your furniture. They've had my money for over 2 months now and we still don't have one of our beds..... The first delivery date only 1 bed arrived, nobody informed me the second one had been delayed it was only when I contacted them that they even realised is not had it. I was then told that a delivery had been booked for the following Monday, the bed didn't arrive. After contacting them again (at no point have they voluntarily contacted me) I was then given a date for Thursday the following week but had a call on the morning of that day to say it would be the next day (ie today) . This morning as I'd not been contacted with my 2 hour time slot I rang the manufacturing company, who I'd been handed over to, and was told box 1 and box 2 were at different depots. I told them I expected a delivery today, even if late as I had plans for a family day out the next day. Instead of even calling me back to explain they couldn't facilitate that I had a text from the delivery company saying delivery would be tomorrow. No offer of a time slot convenient to me or anything.... Another email to room to grow later asking to be passed on to management and they said that delivery had been scheduled for tomorrow. I even told them I could manage to stay in till 11am without ruining our day out as we really want to put the bed up tomorrow evening and get off the air bed..... They came back saying they had arranged delivery 11am-2pm. It is”

“We ordered our child?s bed and quickly received a delivery notification with a slot, which was all fine. However, the bed arrived damaged not once, but twice- forcing us to reject both deliveries. We had to make a third attempted delivery, where the bed was in tact- however the follow up on each occasion by Room to Grow was poor and little apology or compensation). A real shame as the bed is lovely quality, just a shame about the delivery company and also Room to grows customer service team.”

We are sorry you feel let down by our customer service and delivery teams, and we are very sorry that your furniture arrived damaged on both occasions. Once the furniture leaves our warehouse then we do expect better care to be taken and as soon as we were alerted then we did arrange for replacements parts to be dispatched. “Excellent customer service. The bed arrived quickly but a small piece was damaged during delivery. I emailed their customer service and had a reply very quickly and the replacement piece was posted and received within 3 days. The actual bed is great quality and we are very happy with it.”

“Love my daughters mid sleeper! and so does she. Sturdy, strong, and good value for money. Perfect for the smaller rooms as their is space underneath for storage, or create a lil den as we have done. So cute. Took my boyfriend 3 hours from start to finish to put together alone with a few breaks in between. Delivery was quick and easy was kept up to date on dates times and drivers etc. They even brought it in the house for me. Win win.”

“Excellent service and product. I ordered a high sleeper and mattress - team at Room to Grow contacted me immediately to advise that I had ordered different sizes. A quick friendly telephone call and my order was corrected. Delivery was faster than advertised, just a shame there?s an extra delivery cost for Scotland! I would recommend Room to Grow :-)”

“We bought the stompa radius middleware bed which is extremely sturdy and absolutely lived by our daughter. The chap assembling our bed was really helpful and polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“The product is very good quality and was delivered efficiently soon after we had ordered. Emails were appropriate and informative. Only downside was the delivery company used for the mattress - delivered a day late and left in plain site on our driveway - we live on a main road so it could easily have been taken. Would appreciate if you could feedback to the courier company.”
