Very happy with a speedy delivery. However a few parts of the bed show quite deep scratches that have been painted over, which made us question quality control. One part was so bad and in full view once assembled that I called for a replacement, which I got after providing a photo. The service provided was flawless, the bed itself not quite as nice in quality as we?d hoped, for the price paid. However the colour is modern (grey) and my teenage son happy.

The measurements of the chest on the website were not accurate.we did not realise this until we had built it but I was satisfied with their response and compensation.

I was surprised how quickly they got in touch to organise delivery. They were very accommodating to try and find a date that was suitable for me. The delivery driver was very friendly and gave us lots of tips as we were putting the bed together ourselves.

We are yet to receive our 'trundle drawer' over a month after placing the order. I know it was out of stock initially. Since it has been back in stock I had a call to arrange delivery but when the day came around, nothing was in fact delivered. I had a second call a week later asking to deliver it the very next day. When I said that wouldn't be convenient I was told 'well we don't know when we will next be in your area' implying that any further delay is my fault. I have paid for goods and I feel it is Room to Grow's responsibility to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.

Because the delivery is late and everything is not coming together I have to wait for the drawer for another two weeks for it. And I haven?t received the bed yet.

The team were very helpful at every point - ordering on line was easy, I spoke to someone about our required delivery date (which they managed to meet) and the delivery / assembly person was very friendly, quick and tidy! Can?t fault anything.

The order process was easy & only a short wait for delivery. Furniture is excellent quality & relatively easy to build. The only negative was the actual delivery. Although the man was very pleasant he was in such a rush he ran from van to door and wouldn?t take the boxes up to the bedroom! So I had 7 very large boxes stuck in my hallway & im 6 months pregnant!

The furniture was delivered promptly. It looks great in my child?s room. I had ordered a high sleeper with all the matching furniture - desk, chest, bookcase, wardrobe. When it was built, everything looked very good but I realised I had mis- measured the size of the room as i?d forgotten the fireplace. This meant the wardrobe didn?t fit. I rang and explained and Room To Grow came to collect the wardrobe and refunded everything minus transport costs. I was impressed with that. My daughter loves her new high sleeper and feels very grown up with a desk.

Beautifully made , good quality bed my daughter loves it ! Arrived within five weeks only thing is that the delivery driver wouldn?t carry it up stairs and the bed is very heavy!!

Sort out your delivery process. My sons bed was meant to be delivered 'late morning' on Tuesday. But I was promised a call when the driver was an hour away. At 7am they rang to say they were 20 miles away and would be with me around 8. Ok so far not very accurate on the time. 8 am comes, no sign, 8.30 no sign, eventually they arrive at 10.30 saying traffic was bad I help unload and after they have gone start unpacking and it's the wrong colour. Rang them up, they couldn't redelivery that day. I didn't know when I'd be able to get another day to work from home so had to ring them on Wednesday to give them the option of delivering in fri on or Tuesday am. But they said they'd call the day before to confirm, even on Thursday to say they weren't coming on Friday. Thursday came no contact, Friday came, no call. Monday came and I rang to check they would be delivering on Tuesday. Yep about 1pm... which was not morning! So they promised they'd be there by 12.30 as I needed to leave at 1pm. Tuesday am about 11.30 they rang to say they were an hour away. Then apparently an issue with the truck and they were going to be late. I rang the delivery company, who blamed bad winds (fair point for Tuesday am, but they should have built in more than 30 minutes contingency). Only thing they offered was redelivery on another day, I can't just work at home all week waiting for them! I rang Room to grow and they wanted to just pass me back to the delivery company. Took no ownership or accountability. Will not be buying again. Probably not Room to grows direct fault, but they didn't seem to care and they choose and manage the delivery company

We got the product as described and there was some really good, proactive communication to make sure that the delivery went smoothly. Only quibble was with the after sales support; we had an issue with one of the products and the email communication was a bit slow, although to be fair, that might have been the fault of the manufacturer.

Very good and pleasant service on the phone and the nicest, most polite service from the delivery drivers. Only thing I would say is that the bed (Thuka Hi rise sleeper with desk and sofa underneath) is very time consuming and quite tricky to put together yourselves. It took my husband and I six hours!
