“This was quite a disappointing and frustrating purchase; from incorrect instructions, wrong parts in the original order, it not being possible to return the faulty part (and an extra trip to the skip myself), and unclear communication from the company. My son is pleased with the bed itself but I would have expected a more straightforward and professional service.”

We are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with the service you received. We do replace any faulty or damaged parts as quickly as we can, but unfortunately collection of any unwanted parts is not possible at the moment due to the current circumstances. Best wishes, RTG

“I rang the customer service team before purchase to check measurements as the bunk bed was for a small bedroom. They checked with the supplier and came back immediately with the information I required. The jubilee bunk beds were exactly as the photographs and description on the website and very well made. Instructions for assembling were clear and all parts included. We had a problem with a couple of the slats and after talking to customer services received replacement slats within a couple of days. I have already purchased other items from yourselves and have recommended you to other members of my family.”

“Overall a lovely bed but disappointed that the finishing on some of the woodwork was of poor quality for a bed that wasn’t cheap! I have taken photos should you wish to see them.”

“We ordered the Jubilee chest of drawers from Room to Grow for our baby’s bedroom. It arrived with several incorrect parts. My husband emailed the company with very clear instructions so we could get the missing parts we needed but unfortunately the package that arrived yesterday contains incorrect parts AGAIN. It has been a very frustrating experience, without any apology from Room to Grow, and with the imminent arrival of our baby it is stressful not to be able to complete this piece of furniture. I would not buy from this company again and would advise other customers to look elsewhere.”

“The delivery on my order was extremely slow but I was very impressed with the communication I had with room to grow customer service, who always kept me updated of the deliveries. I ordered a trundle bed for my son to move into and there was a delay on the second mattress. It has now been delivered but due to the long delay we haven't moved my son into it yet as we are going on holiday in May and want to time the move from cot to bed for when he's going to be sleeping in it for a long period without the disruption of a few nights away, so I can't comment on the product quality yet. The customer service was very impressive and based on that I would recommend.”

“A great bed for my two boys (4 and 6) and seems to be coping well so far with them swinging off it. The bed itself has a painted finish which doesn’t take much to mark or scratch, but we kind of prepared ourselves for worse with the kids hammering it so 🤷🏻‍♀️. But if you particularly wanted one that didn’t mark or scuff so easily, you might want to go for an unpainted one. Also, one of the joints in the headboard part (the pre-constructed but, not the bit you screw together yourself) seems to have a bit of movement in it, and as it’s the joint where you hold on to pull yourself up the ladder to the top bunk, I can see us having to put an extra screw in it to reinforce it, which is a shame because it’ll ruin the look of it. But at least it won’t work loose so we’ll have to just bite the bullet and put a long screw through the whole joint to add extra strength. Room to grow have been great, good communications during lead times, delivery as expected, and thankfully the delivery drivers took it upstairs, as the boxes were immensely heavy. All in all a good experience.”

“We bought the Sienna double ottoman bed. It is absolutely beautiful. It looked lovely on the website but we really appreciated the scale and quality of it when it was built. It’s a very elegant bed and something my teen daughter will love for years to come. We also got the e-pocket mattress which she said is super comfortable too. Now it will be even harder to get her out of bed!”

“Really good bed, plenty of choice and exactly what we needed. Packages arrived un-damaged and all there, plenty of communication for delivery just a bit quiet between ordering and dispatching. Two person four hour build estimate was about right for the bed we chose. Some of the parts could’ve been delivered pre-assembled and one section of the bed feels a bit flimsy with three boards being stuck together in a row for what appears to be a colour change reason?”
