“Chest of draws was damaged. Wardrobe very hard to assemble, particularly putting the doors on, took all day. They look nice but chest of draws remains broken..”

“Very responsive and helpful customer service. Dialogue leading to purchase (including a price match) occurred at the weekend out of office hours. Later, prompt intervention by RTG ensured we secured our preferred delivery slot. Pleased with item although it was a challenge to build and a piece was wrong. Despite initial disappointment RTG sent replacement parts and remedied the situation to our satisfaction without quibble. This experience could have gone wrong in so many ways but RTG’s commitment to customer service repeatedly saved the day.”

“Order was a lot later then expected. However the customer service team were great and pushed it forward as quickly as possible. The actual product is perfect. Well made, as pictured, very sturdy. Am sure it will be enjoyed for years to come.”

“I recently bought a bed with truckle and drawer underneath. This was delivered promptly and was very easy to assemble with the help of one other to help hold things. With the two mattresses which were bought separately it is very comfortable. It is well designed and should prove excellent for growing grandchildren.”

“Good service , delivered as stated. Negatives were missing shorter sctews and had to use spare longer ones and go through the wood. Also the ladder is not straight as the wood is slightly warped. I would like new parts please.”

“Extremely poor service. It took 2.5 months (10weeks) to be delivered. The website said 2-4 weeks. Bed quality very good.”

“Bought the white bunk bed.. looks great as it’s simple and clean looking and it can be made into two beds when they are older. It was quite straight forward to put together - similar to IKEA Furniture. the kids love it which is great. I would recommend it. One thing I liked was that they always answer the phone straightaway and you talk to a person without faffing about and that was reassuring. I would buy another bed from room to grow again. Thank you!”

“Good product. Happy with purchase but confusion with delivery service. Got several emails but seemed to be from different company’s. One email stated delivery from kids world which I had not heard of and one said Next home furniture delivery. Both of which confused me and I nearly deleted emails as knew I hadn’t ordered anything from these company’s. Maybe clearer communication of this when purchase.”
