“Extremely impressed! First time customer, we purchased the Ollie and Leila Classic Bunk Bed in surf white on the Saturday, they were delivered well before the due date, well packaged and by the company?s own delivery driver who was really helpful and careful especially with the current social distancing measures in place. The communication from purchase to delivery was exceptional and the bunk beds are very high quality. Our grandsons think they?re the best too! Would definitely and confidently recommend RTG! Great Company!”

“Excellent service. I had a delivery query which was responded to very quickly. The bed was delivered within 5 days. The bed is really good quality, was easy to assemble and my son loves it. I?d definitely recommend room to grow.”

“For an expensive item, overall I'm disappointed. There were several misaligned holes, two damaged panels and the mattress supplied was not the correct size. When this was raised with RTG the response was not very sympathetic. They have been polite and prompt in their responses, but ultimately offered nothing by way of gesture even. There was no response at all to the damaged items (I sent pictures) and initially they denied that the mattress could possibly be wrong because the box was the right box. Sending it all back would have left us out of pocket, with a minimum £50 collection fee for returns and only salvage value refunded if you have assembled or part-assembled the bed, which I had. Lesson learned - buy from big companies with no quibble returns and refund policies.”

We are so sorry you have had issues with your bed. We can certainly replace any damaged parts and the support team are awaiting photos and part numbers so we can do this. We do want to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

“Although the sheet was lost by Royal Mail the service team were quick to respond and to offer an alternative. All communications and the delivery was easy, on time and went fine. All in all great!”

“Beautiful bed, great service with regular updates regarding delivery! Was a little worried due to some reviews but I had no issues. Delivery was expensive in comparison to other companies however may have been a one off delivery to this area so no real complaints. Overall a 5/5 experience and therefore a happy customer!”

“I purchased a midi bed which was relatively easy to put together, I noted on previous reviews to use the instructions from the extension and that really helped. My son loves his new bed, especially as there is room underneath to play.”

“The delivery of the bed came alot quicker than what they had stated on the page which was great i got a call the day before advising me the time the driver would turn up the bed was quite straight forward it took about 8 hours in total so we did it over 2 days not rushing its made so much more space in a bedroom where we didnt have space before”

“Delivery was quick and punctual and we were kept informed throughout and given a 2h delivery slot which was very convenient. However description of the goods were not clearly stating the use of cheap materials.”

“Up to the point we needed help with the bed I would have rated Room to Grow as good, the range and price of beds is competitive but I was a tad annoyed that we missed free postage for being in Central Scotland! Then we had an issue with one of the drawers on the bed slipping off it's runners (the bed itself was a nightmare to build!) I called and left a message for them. They called back within an hour and talked through the issue. They then passed the query on to one of the fitters (who build the beds if you pay for the service) he called back quickly and was able to identify and remedy the issue over the phone,amazing!”

“Never head of this company before. Great competitive price for a start. Had an issue with a scratched door and it was re send wishing three days. With a phone call everyday to assure is what the progress was which is great customer services. The wardrobe is gorgeous and sturdy and the bed also. Very happy definitely this company again for our kids furniture. Great tracking service and customer service all the way”
