“Excellent service. Our bed arrived with damage from transit, which obviously wasn't ideal, but it was quick and easy to reach Room to Grow both by email and phone and they immediately sent a replacement.”

“Ordering and delivery very quick and efficient. The bean bag is so cute and a lovely warm colour, Heather, and soft, cosy fabric. It is slightly smaller than anticipated but then for an 8 years old it will no doubt be perfect. Would order from Room to Grow again and recommend.”

“From ordering there is literally no communication unril it is delivery time. I panicked as it is alot of momey and there are so many scammers about these days. But if you just pop onto their website there is a chat or message option where a lovely Stacey will respond very quickly and solve all queries. Can't fault this company apart from communication. Maybe just sending updating emails regarding orders. Product is amazing can't fault that one bit.”

“A fantastic product. It is sturdy, stylish and well made. My son loves it and it looks fabulous in his room. The desk is a good feature as it doesn’t actually take up any room under the bed when pushed in so plenty of space for a big play den underneath. We used the assembly service and it was built by a friendly, professional chap in around an hour and half.”

“Fantastic home assembly service. A really professional team, good availability to come out to us. Our bloc mid sleeper was built by a very friendly chap in no time at all. He left the room nice and tidy afterwards and was polite and considerate. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service from Stacy and Chloe. There were issues with delivery as one box was damaged prior to delivery and then out of stock but the team were helpful at keeping me updated and helping with a workaround in the interim. Thank you.”
