“Delivered within time scheduled. Although it took a few phone calls. Delivery guys took items upstairs for me and removed shoes so I was very happy about that.”

“We have still to revive delivery of this product despite having ordered and paid for it in January. They offered me two delivery dates on days I work and refused to offer me on the 3 days of the week I never work. Instead I?ve been told I will just have to wait until the next offer and couldn?t guarantee this date to be on one of the 3 weekdays I don?t work. I am not impressed and will be taking this further”

“-Great website and products displayed really well, -Easy to order and quick delivery even with the recent snow. Delivery driver was really pleasant and called half an hour before arriving. -bed was fairly straightforward to assemble, looks great now it?s up. -we ordered the solitaire midsleeper and love that it can be adapted to a normal single bed or bunk beds in future, great design”

“Poor: I had to chase up communicationof reciepts etc. Delivery charge excessive at £34 (an opinion) Well: contact when there was an emergency to rearrange. Product worht the wait and money.”

“The customer service team were really helpful in negotiating a price for the set of items that I was interested in. I am really impressed with the quality of the furniture - highsleeper, wardrobe and chest of drawers they have made a huge difference to my daughters room. “Lovely mid cabin UNO Stompa bed and very happy with the product. Completely recommend it for any young children and our 3 1/2 year old loves it. Right to grow were easy to deal with and available on the phone when needed. Only small point was the accompanying ?cube? wasn?t with the initial delivery and therefore we had to wait another 2 weeks and hang around at home for another day for the additional delivery. Wasn?t quite clear who was at fault for this either.”

“Absolutely awful , I ordered this child bed 5 weeks before I needed it and paid in full and for it to be assembled.It took multiple phone calls to finally arrange a delivery date ( which was the very last day we needed to have it by). I was told that I needed to clear the room in order for them to have space to erect the bed. I did this the evening before. On the morning of delivery we were told they couldn't deliver due to family reasons and they would reschedule . The customer service throughout was terrible , uninterested and uncommunicative. I canceled the order found another supplier with a great quality bed, that was cheaper and they delivered it the next day . One star is too much for this dreadful company”
