“Great communication, got just what I ordered and delivery was on time and was updated every step of the way. We were unable to get our stompa mattresses we ordered through no fault from Room to Grow and they were very quick to let me know, offer others or a refund if requested. Would Highly recommend and buy again. Thank you Room to Grow.”

“We ordered the item in August, with. 6-8 week wait, but the bed didn’t arrive until late October, so a bit longer than we wanted! But the bed itself is great!!”

“Item bought Karlsson Inate alarm clock arrived pack in a oversized jiffy bag with no cushioning materials. Result seconds hand of dial Fallen of . Also the cover for the battery was missing from the back of the clock.”

“I cannot fault this company or the bed we ordered. I needed a later delivery date than stated and Room to Grow were extremely accommodating. The bed itself is perfect, it took a while to put together but it is so sturdy and very good quality. We have one happy daughter and this high rise sleeper has given her small room the floor space she missed.”

“Wow this bed is amazing. We ordered the Solitaire range midi bed but as my grandson is only 18 months I phoned to see if we could purchase the rail for the starter bed and they was more than happy to help so this bed will grow with my grandson. He loves his new new bed which is what he calls it. We also had the wardrobe and chest of draws, the wardrobe is so cute and my grandson can open it himself, everything is solid, he can get on and off the bed with no problems we love it thank you so much for your help and care”

“The bed is more Ivory than white in my opinion.. Also two of the sections were drilled wrong so we had to turn around and re-drill. Luckily my husband is hands on and we were able to do so without having to send back. Albeit the customer service I received throughout whenever I called was brilliant, the staff were lovely and prompt to get back to us. Delivery company were very good when booking slot and delivery staff were good also.”

“RTG was a decent company to deal with - nice website and prompt delivery. The product, however, was slightly substandard given the price tag. It was made from low quality knotty softwood, with a few small manufacturing blemishes. The mattress feels flimsy and cheap, and it was slightly damaged (or unfinished) in manufacturing. I would deal with RTG again but I will not be buying any more products from the manufacturer of this bed. I've said that the item was damaged - this was not courier damage, the item was built with the paint blemishes and probably should not have passed QC. The reason I have not returned it is that I managed to build it with the blemishes hidden from view, and none of them affect the structure. The small portion of unstitched mattress is irritating but not a showstopper and the flimsiness of the mattress is a subjective thing; my son needs a bed more than I need to have a battle with RTG.”

“After ordering a child’s bed from another company, which broke when my grandson climbed on to it. I was very worried about buy another bed. I need not of worried, I ordered the Solitaire range I wanted the bed to grow with my grandson and this was going to be his starter bed to cabin bed. I was struggling to make it work so I called them and they was so helpful and made it all work for us. The furniture was delivered within a few days, it was very easy to assemble and most of all my grandson loves his new new bed he is 18 month and finds it very easy to get in and out of. Thank you so much for you time and being so helpful I would definitely use you again thank you”

“Really happy with our purchase from Room to Grow. Even with lockdown things ran smoothly and they were really responsive to any queries that I had. This bed should last a long, long time, but I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.”

“Nice bed but I had to assemble it myself as there wasn’t any option to pay to have it built for me which was fine but then I noticed so many parts were missing (screws etc) so I had a very disappointed daughter when I wasn’t able to build it. I had to go to B&Q in the end to get the parts which you don’t expect after paying over £1000 for a bed!”

“Only part of the bed had so far arrived and no mattress. However, room to grow were lovely on the phone and I’m hopeful the delivery problems will be resolved. Obviously it’s challenging times due to coronavirus.”
