The bunk bed is really amazing and my daughter is thrilled with it. It did take a very long time to put up. It would have really helped if there was a summary set of instructions. We made 2 single beds and then realised we had to take one apart to attach the other one to it... But the finished version is excellent Also only spoilt by one section being delivered wrongly - but you corrected it immediately

Fast delivery - bed taken straight into the right room. I did not give five stars because all the pieces were covered in sawdust and everything needed cleaning before assembly. I think this really should be done before packing in the factory. I also think it would be helpful if the pieces were numbered (I had to do this myself!).

There was a delay on the items I ordered. However, I was kept up to date on weekly basis with expected delivery dates. For our inconvenience and patience we were offered a complimentary duvet set. I really appreciated keeping up to date and it was great to receive the duvet as a gesture of a goodwill. I would highly recommend Room to Grow based on my customer service experience!

We're sorry for the disappointing service you feel you've had awaiting your delivery and it is a real shame that we were unable to offer you an initial agreeable delivery date.  Once your goods are with the delivery team we are not directly involved with the route planning or booking in procedure, however, we understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience caused. I'm sure the products will be great when they actually arrive, but over a month since ordering and we're yet to install the new high sleeper. Deliveries seem to happen once a week to London. As I'm working full time, I missed offered delivery slots, which were quickly filled by others more able to take daytime calls or to be at home on weekdays to receive deliveries. We'll get there eventually!

The service was fantastic as I had to amend my order. No fuss no quibble and the bed arrived on time. My children love it and the shelves are an an amazing idea as they have their own space. My only criticism is that it took 2 experienced men 6 hours to build and the shelves bits are plasterboard which split a bit. However they managed to sort it with different nails and it was fine. Overall more than delighted but you do need lots of time and experience to put this together as room to grow don't offer a build service for this model.

I bought my son's bed at Christmas time and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered and mounted 6 weeks later. I received a call suggesting a Wednesday mid January and because a Wednesday is the only day during the week not suitable, I'm still awaiting further contact.

The quality of the goods is excellent and looks great. My son loves it. It would be great if we could have received it quicker but overall really good thank you?

I had to chase delivery date and when the item arrived there were no instructions. Upon opening the pack up found items to be damaged. To their credit instructions were emailed promptly and hopefully a replacement part will be on its way. In essence quality control is poor with reasonable customer service once chased.

The instructions are very clear, the quality of the beds is very good, made of sturdy material. I feel my little granddaughters will be safe sleeping in those bunk beds which look meant to last. When purchasing these beds, be aware that assembly takes time and as the instruction booklet points out it truly takes 2 people 3 hours to do the job. However, although it is time consuming, you never feel lost as the guidance is good and the end result satisfying.

Came really quickly. Only downside is you don't get told the day stuff will be delivered. We were out when the bed came so it was left with our neighbour.

Bed arrived quickly, all parts present and correct and fairly easy to assemble (took two of us). Feels quite sturdy in situ too. Only gave four stars because the material (to make the den underneath) attaches via a Velcro strip which is supposed to stick to the underside of the bed however, it did not stay attached to the bed at all and kept falling down. In the end I stapled gunned the Velcro strip to the wooden baton and now the strip, and more importantly the material, stays in place.

Delivery took longer than expected, rather than thinking it would come between the given number of days, it take the full number of days to be delivered so I couldn't set up my daughters room as her birthday surprise.. bed is beautifully made, very strong and easy to do a self assemble. Happy that I can get another bed to join on when the baby is old enough to sleep in a single bed! Great buy!

Great customer service, good communication with delivery companies. Beautiful well made beds that my children love and the style means that my children with grow into the beds well into their teens. My children are 5 & 2.5, the youngest needs a step to get in but she loves it. Both have said they are very comfortable

Nice style bed, looks great but doesn't seem as solid as it should it's a bit shaky, we've tightened & tightened every screw but hasn't made much difference so that lets it down
