My 11 year old I took on a giant Lego project, in fact my only comment would be that if they could get the supplier to make the instructions akin to Lego, it would be easier to follow (which was a struggle at times)

Ry to navigate on website, picture was just as the product, the sale made it a great purchase, ordering easy and came approx 3 weeks ahead of planned so expectations exceeded.

Good communication from Room to grow themselves. Answered my queries quickly. Not so impressed by the delivery. Dirty footprints over every box (I had 3 large boxes), showing that people had been walking all over them!!! Plus no pre- delivery phone call even though I requested one and it was clearly stated on my paperwork.

I was most disappointed that RTG accepted my order (with payment in full), gave me an approximate delivery date and then later informed me that the item was no longer available. This item was required to replace an existing identical item, and other vendors who had previously sold the item were listing it as "No Longer Available", and had done do for some considerable time. One would have thought that RTG would have checked the availability prior to accepting my order. To their credit, I was offered a full refund, which was promptly dealt with.

Thank you for your comments.  We work very closely with the manufacturer and they provide real time stock updates when products are either out of stock of discontinued, but on this occasion they failed to update us. We are ever so sorry that the desk has been discontinued and we were not aware.  I am pleased to hear that you were issued a full refund promptly.  Kind Regards, RTG.

Caring, courteous and efficient service. They followed up by phone with sensible queries to check we'd ordered the correct bits. Would definitely buy from Room To Grow again.

Really good quality furniture. The site was easy to navigate. The furniture arrived within a fortnight and was easy to install (could have maybe done with labelling a few of the items), but otherwise very happy with the service from Room to grow and the items. Thank you.

Fabulous after sales service. When I was constructing the Stompa Midsleeper bed an error (not the companies fault) occurred and I needed a replacement part, they were so helpful on the phone and it was delivered to me within 24 hours, no extra charges. Great customer care.

The main website is easy to use and I had no issues ordering my product. I was later contacted by email to confirm a delivery date. A link in the email sent me to a web page to confirm the date but the page didn't seem to respond to my clicking to accept. I was contacted by phone a few days later to confirm the delivery date. The bunk beds I ordered where due to be delivered between 9am and 11am. They arrived at 9am on the dot. The two delivery men went through the invoice with me to confirm all the parts were there. I assembled the bunk beds myself. No parts missing and instructions where easy to follow. Product quality was excellent.
