“I am so so pleased with my furniture it is very well made. I received excellent customer service when I need to change my delivery date. However the delivery company still turned up to deliver on the original day - it was just fortunate that my neighbour had popped back home to her house to collect something and was able to take delivery.”

“Always had great products and good service from Roseland. On this occasion they have been seriously let down by the courier company XPD. Hanging bought and paid for this steamer chair on 24 May I am still waiting for it to be delivered with no information on where it has gone. I am sure when it or a replacement arrive the usual four or five stars will be merited.”

“We purchased a nest of tables from Roseland, these arrived and although being perfect in every other way they had some slight marking on the table top. Roseland quickly and efficiently arranged for collection and replacement. Unfortunately the 2nd set of tables was similarly marked. A return and full refund was quickly arranged. I would have no hesitation in buying from Roseland again as the most important aspect of company service is how it deals with issues such as this. Roseland were let down by their supplier but handled the issue admirably.”

“About the 5th item we've bought. Very pleased. Reasonable quality considering price and looks nice. Knocked a star off as was delivered to the neighbours with nothing telling us where it was. Messaged Roselands who found it had been delivered to neighbours but by that time neighbours had popped in. So good quick check by Roselands but delivery company needs to be told to leave a card or mention in tracking / text.”

“No problem with Roseland themselves. The item purchased was in sale and I saved a lot of money on this purchase. Would give 5 stars but their delivery partners let them down, as had to wait an extra week for delivery.”

“I bought a dressing table mirror and chair, they both arrived earlier than I expected which was a bonus. The chair was so easy to put together and is very good quality, the mirror has a few dimple marks on the sides, which I’m not happy with but for the price I cannot really complain, so all in all I’m happy with my purchases, and will definitely buy from again.”

“No photo, it is as appears in the business pics. It is neat, comfortable though a bit low if you have difficulty getting out of chairs. looks good. It could be a little sturdier. It has good adjustment to back position through the arms and the leg/foot extension comes as a separate part so it can be used without. the cushion is ok. would I buy it again? I'm going to.”

“Had to contact customer support services to ask when my delivery would be. They were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, had to return my product which was smaller internally than described. (Ottoman). Bought on line but returned to the local shop which saved on return fee of £20.00.”

“The furniture was of good quality but there were relevant pages missing from the leaflet to put it together and luckily I paid someone to put it together who was used to putting flat packs together.”

“Have bought many items from Roseland over the last few years and overall very pleased. Recently purchased two large sideboards and after waiting two months for delivery (even though the website stated the items were in stock), one of the sideboards was ruined by a dark grease stain to the top. The company immediately responded to my email, apologising and sent another within a couple of days. Just waiting for the ruined one to be collected by the courier. I would add that some of the items I have are not as perfect as I would like, eg the waxing/varnish has not taken too well in places and there are streaks. However, they are not too noticeable from a general distance and don’t spoil the effect. Customer service has always been spot on.”

“Order to delivery was good. Just wish the drawers had proper runners on, also paintwork on back very poor. Drawers do look nice but above let's them down, maybe state in description how drawers run we should have asked question.”

“Two steamer chairs ordered, arrived in good condition, one slat had a split but a little sanding/wood stain and some furniture oil sorted that out. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend Roseland Furniture.”

“TV stand arrived one day late, but that was the fault of the carrier- which gave me far too little notice to organise my life to receive it. the furniture however was exactly as described, and well packed”
