We were very disappointed with the lack of communication between Roseland furniture and ourselves concerning our order. We placed an order for a large sideboard in October 2021. The website stated that it was currently out of stock but we could order it and as soon as it was back in stock it would be delivered. As we had been searching for a suitable item for a long time, and this seemed to fit what we were looking for, we placed (and paid) for our order. Two months later we were still waiting. Contacted Roseland to be told it was expected back in stock in March!! Still we waited. Contacted them again in March and was told it would be Mid-April. No communication from Roseland by the middle of April so contacted them again. (The item was now showing as back in stock on the website with a delivery of 2 weeks). We asked why we hadn't received our order as it was apparently back in stock. We were told it would be despatched to us in two weeks: the end of April. Finally on the 27 April , SIX MONTHS after we placed our order we received an email from Roseland advising us that the item had been despatched.....to the courier!.....and to await contact from them about delivery. We waited......we began to track the item which apparently was in a warehouse waiting to be loaded. A couple of days later it was on a vehicle and the vehicle would arrive between 15.58 and 16.58 that day! No email or text message, just read it on the tracker. We quickly changed our arrangements to ensure we were home for the delivery.....and it didn't turn up!! Next morning at 10.30 it finally arrived. The only positive I have is that the furniture arrived undamaged. It is nothing like the colour I expected (hard to show a true colour on a website I know) and the drawers are very rough sliding in and out, no runners, which sometimes causes them to twist and makes it difficult to close smoothly. Overall, extremely disappointed and won't be ordering from Roseland Furniture again.

TV stand arrived one day late, but that was the fault of the carrier- which gave me far too little notice to organise my life to receive it. the furniture however was exactly as described, and well packed

My cabinet has arrived and bar a missing draw knob (which I've been promised will be sent) the cabinet is as expected. What wasn't expected was the time scales for delivery. The website quotes 1-3 days when queried with a very helpful member of staff I was informed this is an 'estimate' only?? not indicated anywhere on the site that I could see. The cabinet turned up in 8 days, managing people's expectations are an important part of customer service.

I'm sure the furniture would have been lovely if it ever turned up. It has still not been delivered and there has been no communication about if/when it will be delivered or offering me a refund. So far I have paid for a bookcase i have never received. I'm very disappointed

Disappointed in the time of delivery compared to the stated on website, then arrived in a terrible state, frame warped so top didn’t sit flat, email sent but no reply!
