“I have now purchased two roseland furniture items, both times the purchases arrived promptly and well packaged. Their furniture is of good quality and stylish, a good addition to any home. Recommended.”

“Larder unit is absolutely lovely and very pleased with it. I gave 4* as the unit arrived without any warning from the courier and was left in an exposed courtyard. I had been told to expect communication from the courier about delivery arrangements beforehand so that plans could be made for someone to be at home etc”

“I am pleased with my purchase, but the delivery driver propped the very large parasol against the wall on my doorstep, took a picture and walked off, I’m in my 60’s with medical conditions and struggled to get it indoors.”

“I ordered the Alfie armchair in teal. The quality is very good and it looks attractive however it’s not a comfortable piece of furniture. The seat pad feels as if there is a plank of wood contained in the stuffing. I’m hoping it will soften with use but, at the moment, nobody wants to use it.”

“Delighted with the furniture ordered, my only criticism is that the furniture was not delivered within the time frame promised originally - not a big deal really, but I was not kept up to date with the delay and the reason. I had to chase to find out bout the delay.”

“Order a blanket box online. The quality was terrible and it was damaged upon arrival. I contacted Roseland who over me £25 off to keep the item or a return. I opted to return and bought a better quality item from somewhere else.”
