Easily assembled and arrived promptly. Ideal size for all the garden cushions.

thank you for the delivery but it was found that one of the side legs was damaged the 2 dowels holding the leg to the side strut were broken I have since put sealant in the joint to stabilise it and make it weather proof

I had an issue with delivery, and attempted to ensure Roseland was aware of it immediately, my query was ignored, and not believed. However after emails were sent and replies were returned by four different names it became clear my query was not being taken seriously at all. It turned out that DPD was blamed for not even picking up the item from Roseland. If I hadn't informed them I would never have got my item delivered. However, the item on delivery was of good quality as expected. The staff at the office I dealt with were not.

I’m delighted with the four items of Farrow Grey furniture I have purchased. They look delightful in my lounge. Very well packed, quick delivery and the items that did need some assembling were very easy to put together.

We ordered a unit for our hallway, it was delayed and then lost in transit, we it finally arrived it was damaged so we won't be ordering anything else from you .

Ordered table,six chairs and parasol. Parasol missing so rang them up and replacement was here in 48 hours. Great service. Chairs comfy, not put table up, too busy but overall very pleased with everything.

Easy to order on line but I've had to call 6 times to chase my order up. Each call was a different csa who were all very nice , but no one emailed me or called me bk to update me as promised . I've had to chase my own order from the delivery company myself . I actually believe if I hadn't I still would be waiting on my order !! .... As it turns out my order will be arriving tomorrow , too late now so I will be cancelling it... Wish I'd stuck to Amazon Prime .at least I'd know it would be on time . Definitely won't be buying from this company again . Hopefully as all calls are recorded they can improve on thier service

The coffee table is just what we want - neat and solid, with practical drawer and shelf space. With granddaughter’s help it was straightforward to finish the assembly. It came on time, well packed in recyclable materials. Thank you, Roseland.

It took over 4 weeks for the item to arrive despite the website saying 1-2, I queried this and was told it was an ‘indication’. The parcel (dressing tables and stool) then got lost at the warehouse, and was told another would be sent in 48 hours, it took 4 days! Eventually it finally arrived, the stool was marked in 3 places, which i notified Roseland of (with pictures), to be fair they offered to refund replace (hence 2 stars), or refund 15%. I took the discount and got the stool re-upholstered, as if I had a replacement it would probably take another month. So all in, I won’t use this company again and I won’t be recommending them either.

Hello Julie Green We are sorry that there have been issues with your item, as soon as you informed us we sent another set to you the next day, it does take 1-3 working days to deliver from processing.
