Yet to receive the item, still waiting, 2 weeks in. 2 phone calls to Roseland Furniture, was informed i'll get a call back but didnt have one. They believe the item was initially lost somehow. My review would have been much better if i had a call back from the company. i understand mistakes happen but when they do i should be informed whats going on as they have my money but i dont have any goods. Meant to be 1-3 days delivery times. I'll update this review with what happens. Very disappointing so far.

Ordered and paid for a sofa on 10th April. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 days however still waiting ☹ Tracking shows me that the sofa arrived at the delivery depot on 20th April but no indication of when I will actually receive it. Very disappointing 👎

I was very pleased with my small sideboard from Roseland, I had been after one for some time but the delivery from some suppliers was 9/10 weeks. this was delivered in 3 days and placed in situ (not left on the doorstep) at no extra charge (like some companies). The wood is a perfect match to my other furniture. The drawers are dovetailed joints and very roomy. The cupboard is spacious and takes my printer and all the paperwork which had previously cluttered the room. I would recommend Roseland as 1st class.

Ordered 6 chairs. Money taken. Then emailed the next day to say no stock and the item is being discontinued so I couldn't buy the chairs. Money returned in full. Just a bit of a waste of time.

Our table arrived water damaged, customer service was patchy to good, for 3 days the phone wasn't answered but emails answered in 12 hours and Facebook comments replied to. The pick-up of the table didn't go well until the last call to a customer service agent. Allot of the issues would be outside the control of Roseland, Covid staff shortages, useless courier, poor communication, a day before I was about to put the transaction into Paypal dispute the table was collected and a few days later a refund issued.

Garden Furniture - Malaga Rattan Dining Set We ordered the Malaga Rattan dining set with 110cm glass top table and 4 stackable chairs from Roseland Furniture. We didn't know the company and have never ordered furniture on line before, but this set was just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Very prompt contact from company to arrange delivery and we are delighted with our new garden table and chairs. The quality is very good and of sturdy construction and, as described, required minimal assembly. The chairs arrived stacked and with the cushions in one box and the glass-topped table was flat-packed in the second box. The instructions were very clear and the screws/washers etc were well packed. My husband and myself (both pensioners in our 70s) managed to assemble the table in about 30 minutes without difficulty and I have to say it looks very smart on our patio, the table having a lovely smoked glass top and the rattan and cushions are mid grey in colour. I would happily recommend both the company and the furniture without hesitation and the delivery company (MXL Deliveries Ltd) were very efficient and arrived when promised. All in all an excellent purchase.

Very poor customer service. The armchair I ordered and paid for turned out to be discontinued. I had to call twice to find out why it hadn’t been delivered. The lady I spoke to the second time was very rude on the phone. A proactive phone call to let me know the situation would have been appreciated, rather than just an email (which never came through to me) and holding my money until I called.

Furniture it’s absolutely lovely, arrived assembled and protected. Some of the draw handles were missing but I got in contact with the lovely customer team and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently.
