“Hi, I'm still waiting on my order. The order was supposed to be delivered middle of last week & failed. The courier then tried to deliver by 7am today at my work address. I've requested the order to be delivered between 9am - 4 pm. Monday - Friday. Not received a response back. Regards”

“The furniture was fine, but the courier company was terrible. Took two weeks to arrive and the tracking site didn’t inform me of delivery. The items are still at the delivery depot.”

“I received x2 bedside tables..They feel solid enough, but are poorly made. I can see all the dowells down the side of the drawers as there are gaps between the unit sides and the drawers The wooden top is nice as are the handles. I haven't sent them back as we have nothing else.”

“I ordered this memory phone topper weeks ago they said 3 to 5 working days they take the money out of your bank five weeks later I still haven’t received it now it is on its way and their careers of decided to take it back to head office not impressed with the Delivery service or the company”

“The item was showing on the website as in stock and available for delivery within 3-5 days when I ordered in Feb. Within a day of me ordering I had an email to state it was not in stock and wouldn’t be for 8-12 weeks. I decided to wait for the item and 10 working days ago I received an email to say it has been dispatched. Still not heard anything and when I’ve emailed they cannot tell me where it is?! I ordered this in Feb. It’s also still showing on the website as In stock and says 3-5 working days delivery, none of which is actually the case.”

“The patio table and chairs were even better than expected and the delivery team were polite, thoughtful and strong (our flat is on the second floor). A sole moan is that the expected delivery time frame was not respected by the hauliers. Having said that, customer services were ace and the haulier organised an ad-hoc delivery on the Saturday so all ended well.”
