“Ordering process was easy and stress free , but once it got to point of delivery was nothing but trouble. Was supposed to be received 30 June. Still not recieved , no new delivery date and no responses to querys via email or paypal disputes.”

Dear Keith Jeffery, We are sorry you have not received your item yet. We have checked your tracking and the last communication from our courier was for delivery on the 30th, we have not had a reason why so we have contacted them to get this sorted out asap. “Great service from Roseland and really happy with the wishbone chairs I ordered on 21 June. The chairs are well constructed, not too heavy and the neutral colour nicely blends with my light oak dining table. However, the delivery company were very slow to contact me with delivery availability slots, so delivery was ten days later on 1 July.”

“We’d been looking for an accent chair for a few months but couldn’t decide on anything! Saw this Monty Velvet and fell in love straight away! When it arrived it was even nicer than I was expecting! Super fast delivery too!! Would definitely purchase from you again. Thank you”

“Always a bit of an unknown buying furniture on line but this is solid, well made & absolutely perfect for where I wanted it to go. Very happy & good value for the money. Obviously don't expect your grandkids to take it to the antique road show as we're not talking dovetail joints & I think I may have to put some more staples in the back at some point but the doors meet in the middle & the draws don't fall out so I'd be confident to purchase other pieces. Matched the pix on website which were detailed with accurate measurements. Only criticism here is that the back of products are not shown which I get because its generally a bit of flimsly plywood/mdf which detracts from the impression of quality. Ordering process great, delivery free great, kept advised when to the hour txt & call, delivery great, well packaged & sideboard clean & ready to go. Thankyou”

“Was looking for fairly narrow chests of drawers to go either side of a bed. Wanted to maximise storage space. The drawers look good and seem good quality and sturdy. Drawers are a little stiff but will probably ease up with use and some wax polish. Drawers are not removable which surprised me but don’t feel it’s a problem.”

“Recieved my new furniture,a lamp table,a TV unit and a console table very happy with them however I bought these items as they are ready assembled as I am a 65yr old lady who lives alone and no DIY skills, I can manage putting handles on ( which I expected ) but the console table came in 4 pieces and had to be assembled. I had to wait until I could find a handyman to put this together for me. I did email company to let them know that I wasn't aware of this and if I had would probably not have ordered from them ,they just said it was minimal assembly required as stated,not altogether Happy with this response,but on the plus side I love the furniture.”
