“Quick professional service. Dropped the watch off at the Shard branch and picked it up 1.5 hours later with a new battery, shiny clean and got the bracelet size reduced. Friendly, professional service.”

“My watch stopped working. Called in at Ross Watch Repairs. Had it checked immediately and a new battery fitted. Paid a fair price. Advice was offered about future service work but with no pressure selling. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“I am so lucky to live near Ross Watch Repairs. The service is excellent and extremely efficient. I popped to you on Saturday the 8th of March and the young guy that helped me was brilliant! Very friendly and my 2 watches were fixed within minutes. Highly recommend! 5* team”

“Brilliant service! I popped in on my way to work and by lunchtime they had sourced my perfect strap from a different branch (they had lots of gorgeous stock but I am particular), fit it beautifully, and had it ready for me to collect. Excellent communication and friendly staff. Highly recommend.”

“My first time using this watch repairs, in canary wharf craig was warm welcome and professional. Have three watches for service and repairs, seiko 62 mas ,certina ds super ph500 ,yema gmt bronze watch, waiting parts on yema. Happy service ,will use again”

“The assistant at Ross watch repairs was very welcoming and gave me the best advise on changing my Watch battery. I was asked to return in 30 mins and in that time there was a Fire Alarm at the shopping mall. The assistant assured me as soon as things calmed down he would have my battery replaced and the watch cleaned. 10mins later when the Alarm was cleared I returned to the shop and had my watch cleaned and battery replaced at a acceptable cost. Thank you Ross Watch Repairs for your exceptional service!”
