“Emma was so friendly and professional when she came to my home. She was very careful and done a thorough job of getting a stain out of my lounge carpet. She also cleaned a few stains from my bedroom carpet at no extra cost. I would highly recommend. She said she would drop off a bottle of stain remover which she did.”

“Rothwell's do a good job and take pride in their work. All the staff, from the office to the guys doing the work, are pleasant and competent, and they listen to what you need. When they explain something they make sure you understand it. I'd recommend them to anyone need a rug or carpet cleaned.”

“I was really impressed by Mitchell's work - the transformation of some slightly tired and grubby looking sofas that have been well-used was amazing - it's almost like having new sofas again. Mitchell really went the extra mile to make sure that he did a good job, and persevered with some tricky parts. I have had them professionally cleaned before, but the standard of the work done by Rothwell's was far higher. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Fantastic service. Cleaned even the ink stains from carpets left by previous home owners. Actually there was another cleaning service from Cambridge a few days earlier, which we didn't know about, but they can hide by what the Rothwells team has delivered. Highly recommended.”

“We want to give a 5 star review, but the button for 5 star is not working. We have been using this company for nearly thirty years. They came again last week. The carpets had not been cleaned for around three years. The carpets now look like new. It only took around an hour to clean four rooms with no fuss. We have no problem in recommending this company.”

“Mitchell, rang to say what time he would arrived, and arrived on time, nice and friendly, and he got to work, moved the bed , and then put it back into place. So very pleased with the outcome, the carpet has cleaned up beautifully.”

“Another great job by Rothwells! Rothwells have cleaned our upholstery and rugs in the past and have always done an excellent job. This summer however we tried their patio cleaning service for the first time and were absolutely thrilled with the results! To say it is a patio ‘clean’ doesn’t really do it justice as our patio now looks like new. Not only did Andrew remove several years of dirt and grime, he also took the time to treat the lichen and black mould spots. The sandstone has been totally transformed and restored to its former glory. He also re-grouted between the slabs which has made a massive difference to the overall look. Oliver sealed the patio a week later for really super smart finish. We now have the fairy lights up and the patio furniture out for the first time in a while… now all we need is some sunny weather!”
