“Worst place ever to try and return items. They sent me 3 of the same bathing suits ( I ordered 1) and charged me for all of them. When I went to return them they tell me parts are missing. This is not the only time I have had problems. I STRONGLY recommend not ordering anything from Rotita.
I am going to write to the better business bureau.”

“I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Items didn't fit right. I asked for a refund. The refund was approved . They sent me a form a day later that lead me to believe that I had to pay for return shipping. So I shipped it. Then I get a return shipping label. I asked for a refund on the shipping but was turned down. I think they run a sleazy operation.”

I bought a shirt from Rotita and when it finally arrived I loved the style and it looked great when I put it on. Within minutes the fabric began to bauble up. Seriously......within minutes.
I contacted the site and sent them pictures of the numerous places where the fabric had started to bauble (there were 3).
The site insisted I send back the item with tracking (proof of posting). As I'm in the UK and they are in the US it would cost me more to send back the blouse than the cost of the blouse in the first place.
Customer service was worse than useless. The rep barely spoke English and just kept repeating herself. When I was finally able to get her to understand she said she'd process the refund and get back to me in 24 hours. HA! Fat chance!
I chased up customer services and was given the same old story of return the blouse with tracking.
Instead, I think I'll take it out and use it as kindling for a bonfire. It's about the only thing it's suitable for.

“I ordered an item and when it arrived even though the,tag showed the correct size, the Jacket was about 5 sizes too small. I tried to return it and they asked if I would just be willing to get a 10% refund and keep the jacket. For what? I can't even get it on! After fighting with customer service and Pay Pal for 3 mknthd, I threw my hands up, but I learned a valuable lesson. They responded that it's been over the 90 day return policy and would not help. Well it took 30 days of the 90 to receive the item. Poor customer service. They just don't back up there pruducts.”

I returned them instantly, paid for the return shipping and although they have received everything and have promised 14 times ever since I have been in the live-chats with them (over a span of three months now) they would return the money within days.
