“If I would have know how bad service this company offers I NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING, I placed an order back in November 2020 and still today January 24, 2021 have received it. I asked for my money back and was told that the item was shipped. I will report you to the BBB because this is a big scam”

Told i could keep items and they would refund £50. I said I dont want to keep items with broken zips etc (couldnt unzip to try on)
To get a full refund they expected me to pay £30 return postage. U.K. consumer law states faulty goods return are paid by seller. I am now taking them to ombudsman. DO NOT RISK HAVING TO PAY RETUN TO USA.”

“I bought 3 Christmas tops for my sisters. They did not like the material it was made of so they asked if I could send back or exchange. Well, since I just got them all back (due to CoViD travel) so I can send back for refund/exchange, now. The company is telling me it’s been too long so I can’t have refund or exchange! Ridiculous! Never shopping here again and will discourage anybody else. These tops are still in their packaging and have not even been worn. Very frustrating!”

“Charged $65.00 for a $35.00 item with no recourse nor explanation of overcharge. It was not revealed that this is a Chinese company until after ordering who are notorious for clothing running small, poor quality, and tacking on unauthorized and unexplained fees to purchases with no recourse. I ordered a Christmas themed sweater that won't arrive (if it arrives) until January 1 which was not revealed until after purchase and no way to cancel the order. Stay away from Rotita. They are a bate and switch thieves with no costomer service. lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM ROTITA.”

Followed up again with customer service recently, received a "ticket" item, and was told that now that 6 months have passed, it is too late for a refund or for them to send the items.”

“Why do your models on your website look healthy and busty European ladies? When in fact from what we know you're a company based in China seems couldn't care about us Europeans manufacture clothing for heaps of Asian sizing. . Most Asian sizing and clothes are small with flimsy cheap materials DONT FIT European's ( seems they indulge in this fact) have you actually GOT THAT ?
